It's been a few weeks since Overwatch 2 was officially released, and players are still experiencing bugs, including one where players can see Snow Fox Lucio through walls. This is the latest in a growing list of problems involving the heroes in the game, with the last one making Sombra invulnerable to enemy fire.

Since launching earlier this month, players have had mixed feelings about Overwatch 2. Initial reviews of the game noted that it was just as fun as the first Overwatch and players appreciated the new characters, but they found it lacking some of what made the game special before. Plus, some have expressed they aren't huge fans of the seasonal battle pass. And to make matters worse, players have been experiencing multiple game-breaking bugs and other issues.

The Snow Fox Lucio bug was reported by Reddit user FidgetSpinnetMan, who noticed that they could see the enemy Lucio through the wall. The photo in the post showed white smoke floating against the wall. The Snow Fox skin gives Lucio an icy visual, including a fog effect coming out of his gun. Other players confirmed in the comments they experienced this bug firsthand.

Snow Fox Lucio was introduced in Overwatch back in 2018 as part of the Winter Wonderland event. While the skin isn't purchasable in Overwatch 2, players still use it because it could be carried over from the first game if it was unlocked beforehand. Nonetheless, the Redditor warned others to not use the skin in the meantime to avoid giving away their positions. As of writing, Activision Blizzard neither addressed nor fixed the said bug.

Anyone who plays Lucio in Overwatch knows that their team can benefit from his wall running ability, which helps him flank opponents. This makes the Snow Fox bug understandably frustrating when they're trying to lie low while healing their teammates or before pushing the enemy team. If it doesn't get resolved soon, it might further exacerbate Overwatch 2's ongoing problem of players not choosing support roles in their games. With the new 5v5 format, it's important to have a solid support hero in Overwatch 2.

Ironically, this isn't the first time a Winter Wonderland skin gave players an unfair advantage as well. Last year, it was pointed out that Ice Wraith Genji's sword tip lined up perfectly with the crosshair, which could help with aiming. It's still unknown whether Activision Blizzard will pull the Snow Fox Lucio skin altogether, but hopefully, they offer up a fix to the Brazilian hero, as well as its other in-game issues, to bring some balance back to Overwatch 2.

Overwatch 2 is available now on PC, PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
