Unlike other Overwatch Shop cosmetics, Pink Mercy and Rose Gold Mercy will not be able to be purchased with in-game currencies such as Overwatch Coins . Instead, players will need to send a direct payment of their local currency, as all donations are being forwarded to the BCRF.
