One Punch Man is a series heavily focused on action, and as such, there are bound to be strong characters. So far, the manga has introduced many powerful characters who are capable of laying waste to entire cities. Most of these characters are S-rank heroes.

However, there are other characters aside from the heroes who are feared for their powers. One such character is God. At the moment, there is little to no information available about God's strengths and weaknesses, but it seems that they are interested in certain people. With that in mind, here are some One Punch Man characters that God might share their power with.

7 Saitama

Saitama from One Punch Man

Saitama is by far the strongest character in the series. From the very first episode, it has been established that no entity can match Saitama's power. So far, Saitama has fought many strong characters who considered themselves to be unbeatable, but the hero managed to take them down with a single punch.

Saitama's physical abilities are on a completely different level from the other characters. He is quicker, stronger, and more resilient than anyone else. Considering God is interested in bestowing their power on strong individuals, there is no better candidate than Saitama. If the two ever cross paths again, God will likely offer Saitama the opportunity to become even stronger.

6 King

King from One Punch Man with 3 scars

King is an S-rank hero who has gained the reputation of being the "Strongest Man in the World." The reason behind his popularity is his timing. Whenever Saitama killed a monster, King just happened to be there. People who were present at these events were tricked into believing that King was responsible for the deaths of the monsters.

Except for playing video games, however, King has no real power. Still, there is a slight chance that even God might be tricked by King's reputation as the strongest human being. If King receives divine powers, he will undoubtedly become one of the series' most powerful characters.

5 Blast

Blast from One Punch Man

Blast is the number one S-rank hero. He made his full appearance toward the end of the Monster Association arc. In the arc, it was revealed that Blast was living in another dimension, where he kept an eye on all the events that could possibly jeopardize the safety of the Earth.

Blast is aware of God's existence, and he has engaged them in combat. He was even offered immense power by God, but the hero rejected the offer. While there is no reason to believe that Blast might accept the power in the future, it is entirely possible that God could share their power against the hero's will.

4 Tatsumaki

Tatsumaki in One Punch Man

Tatsumaki is the strongest esper in the series. Contrary to her appearance, she is capable of performing herculean tasks with little to no effort. Among the S-rank heroes, Tatsumaki's power is only second to Blast. So far, Tatsumaki has used her psychic powers to save humanity on various occasions.

Her powers enable her to fly at high speeds through the air, allowing her to cover long distances and avoid potential enemy attacks. Tatsumaki can also use her power to create barriers to protect herself and those around her. She can also use them to crush her opponents easily. Given Tatsumaki's abilities, it won't be long before God tries to strike a deal with her.

3 Genos

Genos is the disciple of Saitama and one of the S-rank heroes in the series. Genos became a cyborg due to his goal of crushing a wicked individual. At the beginning of the story, Genos was unable to even defeat the Deep Sea King. After undergoing several enhancements, he became capable of fighting much stronger opponents.

However, there is a limit to how many times he can undergo bodily enhancements. Genos cannot always rely on Saitama to rescue him, which is why he might be persuaded by God's offer of incredible power.

2 Garou

Garou is one of the better-written characters in the story. Despite being a villain, he has a set of principles that he adheres to. In the Monster Association arc, Garou underwent multiple transformations. One of them was turning into a monster, and the second one took place after he received power from God.

Garou refused to accept God's power. But the mysterious entity managed to transfer it once they came into contact with Garou's hand. Garou is not interested in God's strength, but the mysterious entity considers him a potential candidate. Even though Garou has already received powers from God, that does not mean that it won't happen again in the future.

1 Sonic

Speed-o'-Sound Sonic in One Punch Man

Sonic is a strong ninja who cemented himself as a fan favorite in the very first season of the anime. He is an extremely talented individual who is capable of fighting demon-level threats effortlessly. Sonic is renowned for his immense speed and reflexes, which enabled him to leave behind afterimages. Sonic was obsessed with Saitama and considered himself to be the bald hero's rival, but their power levels were extremely different.

Sonic was out of the spotlight in the Monster Association arc, mainly because he lacked the power to fight most of the characters in the arc. Sonic is hungry for more power, as evidenced by his decision to consume the monster cell. If God were to approach Sonic, the ninja would have absolutely no hesitation in accepting the power.
