Trafalgar Law has grown to become one of the most important characters in the One Piece world. For someone that Oda came up with within a matter of minutes on the spot, Law has established himself in the hearts of the fans, especially following the two-year time skip. Introduced to the fans during the Sabaody Archipelago arc, Law was revealed to be a member of the 11 Supernova as he had a bounty of over 100 million berries when he arrived on the archipelago.

While fans got to see a glimpse of his abilities on the island, it wasn't until much later in the Punk Hazard arc that he started to establish himself as an important side character. Since then, all the way up to Wano, Law has become an integral part of the story. He played a massive role in defeating Yonko Big Mom and has gotten stronger over the years and, with the recent chapter, it was recently revealed to the fans that Law is now even stronger.

Trafalgar Law Fights Blackbeard

Following the conclusion of the Wano Country arc, Law decided to head North of Wano and, in doing so, took one step closer to finding the One Piece. Unbeknownst to him, Yonko Blackbeard was waiting for him on the seas of the New World, planning to gain access to his Road Poneglyphs. In what was an incredible set-up chapter for one of the best fights in the series, Law fought Blackbeard's crew briefly, before teleporting to a nearby island. Shortly afterwards, Blackbeard and his crew followed him there and now, one of the most anticipated fights in the entire story is about to play out. Just as Blackbeard wants the road of Poneglyphs that law has acquired, the captain of the heart pirates wants to do the same.

After his victory over Big Mom, He has certainly gotten stronger and has realized that the only way for him to get close to his dream is to overcome other Emperors. Law is not running away from Blackbeard and, instead, is relishing the chance to fight him. This fight also gives him a stage to showcase what he has learned and in the previous chapter, fans got to see a completely new power from him.

Trafalgar Law's New Haki Power-Up

Trafalgar Law from Chapter 1063

So far, Law's main source of power has been his Devil Fruit. He was revealed to be the user of the Ope Ope no Mi, the powers of which are known to be incredible. The Devil Fruit allows him to create large ROOMs and manipulate everything with them, giving him absolute control over the entire terrain and even the people within him. Anyone within the ROOM is described to be a patient on an operating table. Thanks to his medical expertise, Law has mastered this Devil Fruit to an incredible extent. In Wano, find also got to see him show off the awakened powers of this Devil Fruit, and, using them, he was able to deliver some devastating blows to Yonko Big Mom.

While this power already made Law one of the strongest pirates on the seas, it didn't quite put him on the level of the Yonko. This is likely because Law didn't have as great Haki feats, despite wielding tremendous Haki. In the ongoing fight, he finally revealed his new power to the fans in the form of a Haki upgrade. According to him, the battle against the Yonko taught him quite a lot. Law has now learned that by using a great amount of Haki to coat the body, Devil Fruit powers can indeed be negated. He used this ability to counter Doc Q's Shiku Shiku no Mi powers that had turned him into a woman.

How Strong Is Law Right Now?

Law is clearly not at his peak right now and still has quite a lot of room to grow. Although he has mastered his Devil Fruit, he is not accustomed to his awakening completely, as seen in the Wano Country arc, where he stated that he only used his awakening as a last resort. Currently, Law is most likely more used to his Awakening and, as such, is already stronger. On top of that, his new Haki upgrade shows that he is now closer to the level of the Emperors. Law possesses tremendous Haki and an overpowered Devil Fruit ability.

That, when combined with his superior intellect, makes him a pirate worthy of competing with the Yonko of the New World. While Law might not be able to defeat Blackbeard, given that he is the final pirate antagonist for Luffy to take down, he will surely give him an incredible fight and make it quite difficult for him to emerge victorious. With time, he will gain further Haki upgrades and possibly even Conqueror's Haki. Eventually, he will surely be on the same level as the Yonko of the Sea.
