In fact, in the final saga of One Piece, fans have already seen countless powerful Conqueror's Haki users. While this list already goes over them, their usage of Conqueror's Haki has now been elaborated upon, and, as a result, this list has now been updated.

18 Don Chinjao

Don Chinjao is a character fans are very well aware of. He made his debut in the Dressrosa arc where it was revealed that he was a legendary pirate from the past. Chinjao has a bounty of over 500 million berries, which just goes to show that he was an elite pirate back in the day. He was also revealed to be a user of all three types of Haki. Chinjao fought against Luffy in the Corrida Colosseum and there, he demonstrated his proficiency over Conqueror's Haki.

While the basic form of his Haki was decent, he was not strong enough to advance this power to the next level or coat himself in it. Chinjao also lost to Luffy rather easily.

17 Portgas D. Ace

Portgas D. Ace was the son of the legendary Gol D. Roger, which is one of the reasons why he possessed the power of Conqueror's Haki. Ace first awakened this power at the age of 10 when he fought against Bluejam in the Grey Terminal.

During his journey as a pirate, Ace learned how to use all three Haki types, and on Fishman Island, he used Conqueror's Haki to knock Hammond out easily. Sadly, Ace never got to become an exceptional user of this power due to his untimely death.

16 Eustass Kid

The Captain of the Kid Pirates, Eustass Kid is one of the most powerful pirates in the New World and one that is certainly going to make waves moving forward.

Kid is an exceptionally strong character who relies mostly on the power of the Jiki Jiki no Mi, however, he has access to Conqueror's Haki as well. Sadly, he has rarely used this ability so far so it is unknown how proficient he is with it.

15 Doflamingo

Doflamingo is a former Celestial Dragon who was also one of the elite pirates in the New World. He served as a member of the Seven Warlords of the Sea until recently, before falling to Monkey D. Luffy. Doflamingo also had access to all three Haki types. While his control over the two basic Haki types, the Color of Arms and the Color of Observation, was decent, he did not have great control over the Color of the Supreme King.

Doflamingo's Conqueror's Haki was seen in effect when he used it to knock out the members of G5. Furthermore, he also used this ability when he clashed with Luffy. That said, he did not possess any advanced application of this power, making him an average user of Conqueror's Haki overall.

14 Katakuri

The second son of Charlotte Linlin, Katakuri is one of Big Mom's Three Sweet Commanders and is thus extremely powerful. He possesses a bounty of 1,057,000,000 berries, which makes him a force to be reckoned with.

Katakuri is the strongest member of the Big Mom Pirates after Big Mom herself so there is little surprise that he wields this power. In the fight against Luffy, Katakuri displayed the ability to use Conqueror's Haki when he knocked out Flampe and all her men.

13 Roronoa Zoro

The right-hand man of Monkey D. Luffy, Roronoa Zoro is an exceptionally skilled swordsman who has the ability to use Conqueror's Haki, or Haoshoku Haki, as well. He awakened this power for the first time when he fought Kaido and managed to scar him using it in the Wano Country arc.

Later, in the fight against King, Zoro used Conqueror's Haki to tame Enma completely. Eventually, Zoro managed to coat all his swords in what appears to be the advanced form of Conqueror's Haki, making him one of the strongest swordsmen in the story now.

Advanced Conqueror's Haki Usage

Roronoa Zoro awakened Conqueror's Haki during the Wano Country arc when he first fought against Kaido on the rooftop. It is there that Zoro accidentally tapped into his Conqueror's Haki and coated his blade in it, managing to scar the Yonko in the process. Later on, he fought against King the Wildfire and, in this fight, he managed to gain full control over his power.

Now, Zoro has conscious control over the advanced form of this power. In fact, he can coat all of his swords in its advanced form. Against King, he managed to awaken this ability and then went on to defeat him soundly in combat. His strongest attack, Dragon Damnation, was enough to clip one of King's wings, break through his sword, and send him crashing down to Wano.

12 Boa Hancock

Amazon Lily's Empress, Boa Hancock, is one of the former Shichibukai and an incredibly powerful pirate. She set out to sea as the captain of the Kuja Pirates at a very young age and was immediately made a Shichibukai after her very first voyage placed an 80 million berries bounty on her head.

Hancock is extremely skilled with Haki usage, as explained by the Boa sisters during the Amazon Lily arc. Given that Hancock's sisters could use high-level Haki forms, it is likely that she can tap into advanced Conqueror's Haki as well.

11 Sengoku

Also known as the Buddha, Sengoku is an extremely powerful Marine who led the organization as its Fleet Admiral before the two-year timeskip. Surprisingly, he's the only second known Marine in the story to possess Conqueror's Haki so far.

Sadly, Sengoku hasn't ever utilized this ability to the fans' knowledge, however, the fact that he possesses it was confirmed in the Vivre Card, nonetheless. How proficient he is with this power remains to be seen.

10 Yamato

Yamato is the son of Kaido so there is absolutely no surprise that he possesses the power to use Conqueror's Haki as well. Yamato awakened this power at the age of 8 and has, since then, been training it. By the age of 28, Yamato is one of the strongest Conqueror's Haki users.

What's more, Yamato can now use the advanced form of Conqueror's Haki that allows her to coat herself and her weapons in it as well. In the fight against Kaido, Yamato was able to hold his own and even make him bleed.

Advanced Conqueror's Haki Usage

Yamato is an incredible user of Conqueror's Haki. Being the child of Kaido, Yamato was born with the ability to wield Conqueror's Haki. This ability was utilized by her throughout the Wano arc, right from the moment of her debut. Yamato used Conqueror's Haki to knock out Ulti. Moments later, she also clashed with Kaido and managed to pull off abilities similar to him with this Haki.Yamato also struck Greenbull with this Haki type and managed to injure him to a great degree. Undoubtedly, Yamato's Conqueror's Haki is of the highest order and can only improve further as the story continues.

9 Silvers Rayleigh

Introduced during Sabaody Archipelago, Silvers Rayleigh is the Roger Pirates' former First Mate. He's an incredibly powerful pirate who, although doesn't have a Devil Fruit, has great mastery over all the Haki types.

Rayleigh's proficiency with this skill is such that he taught its usage to Monkey D. Luffy. He has also been seen using its advanced form, an it is clear that he possesses it. Regardless, his control over the other aspects of Conqueror's Haki is certainly incredible.

Advanced Conqueror's Haki Usage

Rayleigh is a character who fans also knew to be a user of all three types of Haki. As such, his Conqueror's Haki was already demonstrated in the story, however, its advanced application was not seen until after the events of the Wano Country arc. When Blackbeard invaded Amazon Lily and attempted to steal the Devil Fruit of Boa Hancock, it was Rayleigh who showed up and saved the day.

He did this by making use of his advanced Conqueror's Haki. Fans could see black bolts of Haki stemming from his blade, which signified an advanced usage of it. Sadly, Rayleigh is old right now, meaning his Haki is probably not as strong as it once was, however, in his prime, this power ought to have been incredible.

8 Kozuki Oden

Oden was one of the strongest samurai to ever live in the Wano Country. He was born as an exceptionally powerful person and during his adventures with Roger and Whitebeard, he grew stronger than ever.

Oden could use all the Haki types but his specialty appears to have been Ryou. Using his full power, Oden could injure Kaido and give him a massive scar. Unfortunately, it is unknown whether his Togen Totsuka was a Conqueror's Haki attack or if it just saw him use advanced Ryou.

Advanced Conqueror's Haki Usage

Oden is an incredibly powerful user of Conqueror's Haki. Although in his case, the usage of Conqueror's Haki isn't explicitly stated, Oden can surely utilize this power, indicated by the fact that he was able to scar Kaido. According to Kaido himself, the only ability capable of scarring or seriously damaging him is Conqueror's Haki.

This is why Kaido immediately realized that Zoro had used Conqueror's Haki when he received a slash across the chest. This is because it was reminiscent of what Oden did to him, only on a much greater scale. The fact is that Oden is a very capable user of Conqueror's Haki and the fact that he was able to build both Enma and Ame no Habakiri with great skill just goes to prove that.

7 Big Mom

Like Shanks, Big Mom is a Yonko and thus an incredibly powerful fighter. She has a bounty of 4,338,000,000 berries on her head, which is second only to Yonko Kaido.

Big Mom, being one of the Yonko of the Sea, is a user of advanced Conqueror's Haki as well. Fans have seen her utilize this skill on many occasions in the story, however, it is still an underutilized ability for her. Big Mom’s first demonstration of this power came when she used it against Page One and knocked him out in a single blow. Then, she was seen making use of this ability off-screen during her fight against Kid and Law, however, when she actually got down to business, she did not utilize this ability at all.

Towards the very end of her fight, Big Mom used the defensive application of advanced Conqueror's Haki, however, by this point, she was weakened so much that she couldn't fend off the powerful onslaught of the Worst Generation duo. In the end, fans cannot say for sure how strong her Conqueror's Haki was since Oda heavily underutilized this aspect of her character. Fans can only hope that they get a better look at Big Mom in the future through some flashback, or current timeline event if she truly is alive, and get a grasp of how well she utilizes this skill.

6 Garp

Garp is a legendary character in the world of One Piece. Hailed as the Hero of the Marines, Garp is someone who once stood neck and neck with the Pirate King, Roger. Given that he does not rely on any Devil Fruit in battle, it was almost a given for him to possess Conqueror's Haki.

This was especially true given that both his son as well as his grandson have the ability to use this power. In the Egghead Arc, it was finally confirmed to the fans that Garp is a user of Conqueror's Haki. When he left on the mission to rescue Captain Koby, Garp made great use of this ability and showed everyone why he is feared as the Hero of the Marines.

Advanced Conqueror's Haki Usage

Garp possesses tremendous control over Conqueror's Haki. Immediately after he made his introduction in Egghead, he lept into the sky and used Conqueror's Haki in a powerful technique known as Galaxy Impact. This technique was so strong that it destroyed a large portion of the town on the Pirate Island in the blink of an eye. Garp also went on to utilize Conqueror's Haki and his other techniques, such as Blue Hole.

Every single punch of his was powered up by the Color of the Supreme King and the strength of his Haki was such that even Kuzan, a former Marine Admiral who is currently in his prime, could not stand up to him. That said, Garp's Haki has certainly weakened due to old age. In his prime, Garp would have been able to destroy the entirety of the Pirate Island if he so wished. This admission came through Garp himself. That is not to say that his Haki is weak. Given that he was able to overpower an Admiral even in old age and split the island-sized skull on the Pirate Island with a single punch infused with Conqueror's Haki, it can easily be assumed that he is one of the strongest users of this ability in One Piece.

5 Kaido

Yonko Kaido is the strongest pirate alive in the One Piece world at the moment. He possesses the power of the Mythical Zoan Uo Uo no Mi, Model: Seiryu, which makes him a menace in combat. On top of that, Kaido's Conqueror's Haki mastery appears to be immense.

All his strongest techniques, such as Thunder Bagua or Ragnaraku see the usage of this power. In fact, Luffy picked up on how to coat himself in Conqueror's Haki by observing Kaido's techniques.

Advanced Conqueror's Haki Usage

Kaido is quite easily one of the very best users of Conqueror's Haki that the fans have seen in One Piece. He displayed this ability extensively throughout the entirety of Wano. Even though Kaido had his powerful Dragon Devil Fruit, he also relied on Haki extensively. In fact, Kaido made use of this skill to knock out Luffy on multiple occasions. His Haki was certainly more refined than that of Luffy, at least at the beginning of the arc.

While he ended up losing to Luffy in the end, Kaido's Color of the Supreme King was certainly of the highest order and shone in attacks such as Thunder Bagua, Thunder Bellow Bagua, and Destroyer of Death: Thunder Bagua, among others.

4 Monkey D. Luffy

Luffy was born with Conqueror's Haki, as confirmed by Oda on several instances in the story. In Wano Country, he managed to pick up how to coat his body with the power, making him much stronger now.

Luffy can use all the forms of basic Conqueror's Haki with great control and although his advanced Conqueror's Haki usage is a bit crude right now, he's sure to improve it in the future. During his fight against Kaido, he was able to hurt the Yonko and drop him to his knees with just a few punches.

Advanced Conqueror's Haki Usage

In Wano, Luffy took his Haki to the next level. At first, he managed to learn advanced Ryuo, however, during his fight against Kaido, he managed to tap into the advanced form of Conqueror's Haki. While he put Kaido on his back with just a few punches at first, it became abundantly clear that his control over this power was not good enough.

This is exactly why Kaido ended up knocking him out and throwing him into the sea. However, shortly after Luffy returned, his Haki had improved a lot more. The more he fought, the better his Haki got. By the end of the fight, Luffy could coat his entire fist, which was the size of an island, in Conqueror's Haki and this, eventually, is what caused Kaido to lose the battle. Right now, Luffy is among the very best users of Conqueror's Haki.

3 Whitebeard

Whitebeard was once the strongest known pirate in the world and held an ability that could destroy the entire world. He was Gol D. Roger's rival and the only known man to tie a fight with him, as seen during Oden's flashback.

Whitebeard possessed every Haki type and used them with great proficiency. When the two clashed on a remote island in the Grand Line, Whitebeard used Conqueror's Haki to coat Murakumogiri and matched Roger in battle.

Advanced Conqueror's Haki Usage

Being one of the greatest pirates in the One Piece world, it goes without saying that Whitebeard was an excellent user of Conqueror's Haki. Fans got to see him utilize this power on many occasions in the story, such as when he clashed with Roger. When he was healthy, Whitebeard's Conqueror's Haki Usage was immense. He could produce massive streaks of black lightning from his weapon, Murakumogiri, and match Roger in combat.

Sadly, by the time of the Paramount War, he was weakened so much that he couldn't even utilize the basic version of Conqueror's Haki. In his prime, however, Whitebeard was a completely different animal and only a few could stand a chance against him in combat.

2 Shanks

Shanks is one of the Yonko in the One Piece world and as expected of him, he has great command over Haki. Although Shanks doesn't have a Devil Fruit, he has a mastery over all the three Haki types.

His skill over Conqueror's Haki was displayed to the fans when he visited the Moby Dick and caused physical damage to the ship even when suppressing his Haki. While he hasn't been seen using advanced Conqueror's Haki yet, he most certainly has it under his belt.

Shanks is a character whose Conqueror's Haki was always thought to be very overpowered, however, fans did not get to see any glimpses of it at all in its advanced state. This changed very quickly after the war in Wano Country subsided. When Aramaki tried to invade Wano to take over, it was Shanks who stopped him and he did this from miles away, which is staggering, to say the least.

Shanks unleashed his advanced Conqueror's Haki from the sea to the mainland of Wano, which is unheard of. Just by merely seeing the bolts of Haki, Aramaki was trembling down to his very bones. This just goes to show that Sha nks' Haki is incredibly powerful and he is possibly the best user of Conqueror's Haki alive right now.

1 Gol D. Roger

The Pirate King, Gol D. Roger had tremendous skill when it came to using Conqueror's Haki. Just like Rayleigh, Roger didn't have a Devil Fruit power, meaning he used Haki as his main tool in battle.

Roger wielded the Saijō Ō Wazamono sword, Ace, in combat. During his clash with Whitebeard, he coated Ace in Conqueror's Haki and matched Whitebeard's attack with ease. Given that his ambition was much greater than Whitebeard's, his Conqueror's Haki was likely stronger as well.

Advanced Conqueror's Haki Usage

By far, one of the strongest users of Conqueror's Haki in One Piece is none other than Roger himself. Fans have seen him utilize this power on many occasions and the fact that he did not possess any Devil Fruit means that Conqueror's Haki was his go-to ability in the series. Roger was first seen utilizing Conqueror's Haki when he fought against Oden momentarily when they met first. He launched an incredibly powerful attack called Divine Departure or Kamusari at him, which sent him flying through several trees and dealt tremendous damage to him.

Credit to Oden, however, this attack did not knock him out or defeat him. Later on, he clashed with Whitebeard and fully coated his sword, Ace, in Conqueror's Haki and matched Whitebeard in combat. Roger’s Haki was certainly greater than that of Whitebeard, which is indicated by the fact that he did not have any Devil Fruit yet was able to tie a battle with Newgate, on top of being already sick. Truly, he might just be the best user of Conqueror's Haki in the entire series.
