One Piece chapter 1108 has certainly lived up to all expectations, and fans have thoroughly enjoyed the incredible battle between the Straw Hat Pirates and the Marines over the course of the last few chapters. Of course, the majority of the focus is going to be on the main parties involved in the ongoing conflict, and, as fans know already, they are Luffy, from the side of the pirates, and of course, Saturn and Kizaru from the side of the Marines.

From the opposition, Saturn is the primary antagonist of the arc and one character that fans have been thoroughly enjoying over the course of the Egghead Island arc. Starting from when he was first revealed in the series, he has proven to be a very powerful antagonist, and fans have been mesmerized by his incredible displays of strength. In One Piece chapter 1108, Saturn revealed his full spider transformation, and it is safe to say that it is incredibly powerful.

Saturn is one of the most powerful individuals in the One Piece world. Being a member of the Five Elders, Saturn possesses incredible strength up his sleeve, such that he can be classified as a Warrior God. Saturn possesses insurmountable strength, the likes of which can only be matched by a handful of individuals in the story. As was confirmed in Sabo's Reverie flashback, Saturn, along with every other member of the Five Elders, possesses the power of strange Devil Fruit. All of them seem to be monsters in their own right, not just in terms of strength, but in terms of their transformations as well. Every member of the Five Elders appears to be a monster of some kind, with inspirations likely being drawn from the likes of the Yokai of Japanese folklore.

In the case of Saturn, this transformation appears to be that of the Ushi Oni. As fans might be aware, Ushi Oni is a mythical creature from Japanese folklore, and this particular one is known to have the upper half of an ox and the lower half of a spider. When Saturn takes the transformation, he becomes incredibly massive, and, with that, he can fully manifest the powers of the Ushi Oni, which are incredible, to say the least.

When Saturn first arrived on Egghead Island, he immediately took to his Man-Beast form. Using a summoning circle, Saturn was able to bring himself to the island, and his Haki was felt all over. In fact, even Luffy, who was fighting Kizaru at that time, was easily able to feel the Haki emanating from Saturn. Fans saw Saturn utilize the power of his Ushi Oni Devil Fruit immediately after. In fact, Saturn utilized this man-beast transformation, also known as a hybrid form, immediately after arriving on the island.

This form sees him take on the lower half of a spider, while maintaining his upper half, only with a more animalistic and monstrous appearances. Saturn also gains two huge horns, which symbolize his demonic transformation. When it comes to the powers of Saturn's hybrid form, fans know that he has three abilities, primarily. The very first power that he has is to inflict damage upon his enemies by simply looking at them. This damage appears to be in his line of sight and completely invisible. He utilized this technique on many enemies, such as Luffy and Sanji, with both of them taking some damage from it, however not nearly enough to cause any injuries to either.

The second technique that Saturn has up his sleeve is to be able to pin down his enemies in one place. Once again, this appears to be an invisible force that he uses to pin down his target. When he's using this power, even strong individuals, such as Sanji, cannot move from their place. This makes it quite a dangerous ability. Finally, Saturn's strongest ability is his incredible regeneration rate. No matter how much damage he takes, it appears that Saturn can regenerate indefinitely from anything, which really makes him a force to be reckoned with.

Saturn has been seen getting injured countless times over the course of the last few chapters, and every single time, he regenerates as if nothing happened to him.

Saturn's Full Zoan Transformation

In One Piece chapter 1108, Saturn showcased his full spider transformation as well. The transformation appears to be somewhat stronger in some cases. Saturn only took this transformation after he was hit by Luffy's Dawn Gatling. As soon as he returned to the battlefield, Saturn transformed into this full spider state, seemingly having lost his mind. This appears to be the doing of his Devil Fruit Awakening. As Vegapunk had mentioned previously, Devil Fruit awakening sometimes overwhelms the user due to the instinct of the animal that the power belongs to. It appears that Saturn's mind has been completely enamored by his Devil Fruit power, and as a result, he is consumed by the power of the Ushi Oni.

In One Piece chapter 1108, fans got to witness some power of this transformation from Saturn. Primarily, he appears to be somewhat stronger than his regular hybrid transformation. Saturn seems to have the ability to coat his entire body in some sort of venom. This venom is so strong that it can melt anything and everything in its path merely by touching it. This appears to be his strongest ability at the moment, and it is undoubtedly very dangerous.

In One Piece chapter 1108, Luffy was able to hold Saturn down with an incredibly powerful grab, however, he did not cause any damage to him, while a similar grab caused Kizaru to cough up blood. This indicates that Saturn is somewhat stronger and more durable in this state, and also goes to show that he's among the strongest individuals in the world of One Piece at the moment.
