Saint Saturn is one of the primary antagonists of the Egghead Island arc, and, given that he's one of the Five Elders, he is easily among the strongest characters in One Piece. Fans had already seen a glimpse of his powers during the Reverse. However, much of Saint Saturn's abilities were under the covers, largely due to the fact that fans did not know about the type of power that he had. With the Five Elders finally gathering on Egghead in One Piece chapter 1110, Saint Saturn, along with all the Five Elders have had their abilities revealed.

It is safe to say that they are among the strongest individuals in One Piece at the moment, with intriguing abilities up their sleeves. In One Piece chapter 1110, it was finally confirmed to the fans that St Saturn has the ability of the Gyuki Yokai.
Saint Saturn's Arrival On Egghead
Saint Saturn arrived on Egghead Island much before every other Elder. In fact, Saint Saturn was the first one of the Five Elders to step foot on Egghead Island and begin fighting. He was seen arriving on Egghead with the Navy Fleet, and this was done because his presence there would mean that the threat of the Pacifistas was nullified from the get-go. Saint Saturn, being the Godhead of Science Defense, neutralized the threat of the Pacifistas and the Seraphims early on in the ark, however, that is not all he did. He also stepped foot on Egghead Island, and decided to fight himself.
Saint Saturn used the power of a summoning circle to bring himself on Egghead Island. At the time, it was clear for the fans to see that his summoning circle had the number 5 engraved on it. It is through this summoning circle that he emerged and he immediately took to his hybrid form. In this hybrid form, Saint Saturn was seen having two giant horns, as well as a massive upper body that looked like that of a human, with the lower half of a spider. Curiously enough, fans did not get the name of this ability back then. As such, the vast majority of the fans simply believed that he had a Devil Fruit power. In One Piece chapter 1110, Saint Saturn, along with all the other members of the Five Elders, had their powers revealed. Surprisingly, none of them were shown to have a Devil Fruit. Instead, they were simply named to be Yokai themselves, which puts into question if they truly hold Devil Fruit abilities up their sleeve or not.
What Is The Gyuki Yokai?
Saint Saturn, in particular, was revealed to be the Yokai named Gyuki. The Gyuki is a popular Yokai from Japanese folklore, and it is said to hold many intriguing powers. In particular, the Gyuki is known to have the upper half of an ox and the lower half of a spider. It is said that whoever sees the Gyuki doesn't live to tell the tale. This is well reflected in Saturn's ability to inflict damage using his vision. It is also said that the Gyuki holds the power to paralyze individuals, and once again, Saturn manifests this ability properly as well. The Gyuki often pops around the coastal areas, which is also accurate to where Saturn showed up first.

Most importantly, the Gyuki is known to be a creature set to be capable of spreading diseases wherever he goes. He can come up with very vicious diseases and kill anyone. This ability of the Gyuki is also well reflected in Saturn, and fans have already seen him use a very similar power during his fight against Luffy. Overall, the Gyuki is a monstrously powerful creature from Japanese folklore, and Oda has made great use of it in One Piece. The other name of Gyuki is also the Ushi Oni, which is what most fans believed Saturn to be.
Saint Saturn's Gyuki Powers
Saint Saturn, being Gyuki, has incredible powers up his sleeve. The very first ability that fans saw from him was his power to inflict invisible damage on his enemies. This ability remains to be rather unexplained, however, it appears that whoever is in his line of sight gets hit with it. Saturn simply has to stare at his target to inflict a serious injury on them.
This attack is very deadly, and it can blow the head off a regular Marine, while against strong individuals such as Luffy and Sanji, it can still make them cough up blood, although it doesn't have enough power to defeat them. Still, it is a very dangerous ability.
Saturn also has the power to paralyze his enemies. He does this using an invisible force that pins down his target and holds them down in one place. Exactly how this works isn't known, however, Saturn is able to hold down multiple targets using this ability. Even Sanji, who is a very powerful individual, could not break free from this hold.
The third power that certain possesses is the ability to produce venom. Saturn can produce incredibly toxic substances and coat his entire body in it. These toxins are powerful enough to burn through anything that he touches, and even Luffy knows that it is deadly enough to completely avoid. Saturn has manifested this ability rather recently and Luffy, who fans know to be incredibly powerful, has avoided it on every single occasion, which implies that it is very dangerous.
Finally, Saturn has the ability to regenerate from any and every attack that he receives. Regardless of who hits him with how much force, Saturn can't regenerate in the blink of an eye. It almost appears as if he doesn't take damage in the first place.
How Strong Is Saint Saturn?
Taking all things into consideration, it is clear for the fans to see that Saint Saturn is one of the strongest individuals in the One Piece world. For one, his Haki is said to be incredibly overpowered, as was confirmed by the likes of Zoro and Lucci. He possesses an insanely high regeneration factor that sees him recover from any and all injuries, and he has the ability to inflict invisible injuries on others, and hold them down in their place. Finally, he has the power to use venom against his enemies That can prove to be lethal and can kill in a single shot. These powers are great enough to put him in the top tier, and, hopefully, he will most definitely showcase more of his abilities later down the line. For now, it is clear for the fans to see that Saint Saturn is up there with the likes of the Yonko and others who grace a similar playfield.
Given that Saturn has not gone all out just yet, there are likely going to be other abilities that he possesses but has not shown. For now, Saturn remains to be an incredibly active player in the final saga, and an individual with mind-blowing strength.
