Before becoming a member of the Rocks Pirates, Streusen traveled with a young Charlotte Linlin because he saw a lot of potential in her. Ultimately, the two ended up on Rocks' crew, where they stayed until its dissolution.

The Kuku Kuku no Mi allows the user to turn any object into an ingredient. While this may seem underwhelming, the Devil Fruit has a lot of potential. By turning a giant object into an ingredient, Streusen could potentially avoid serious injuries. Furthermore, the Kuku Kuku no Mi ensured that Streusen would never run out of food, which could prove to be lifesaving.

So Stussy's Devil Fruit may be something completely different, such as an Ancient Zoan related to bats.

4 Fuwa Fuwa no Mi

Shiki was also a part of the Rocks Pirates. He ate the Fuwa Fuwa no Mi, which allowed him to levitate inanimate objects and himself. Shiki's feats during his time with the Rocks Pirates remain unknown, but it is safe to say that he played a massive role in their victories. Linlin's Soru Soru no Mi allowed her to steal the souls of other individuals.

He didn't have a Devil Fruit until the God Valley incident, when Charlotte Linlin stole the Uo Up no Mi from Ivankov. It is a Mythical Zoan-type Devil Fruit that enabled Kaido to transform into a magnificent Azure dragon. In his complete beast form, Kaido could easily cover the skies over Kuri. He also had access to a hybrid form, which greatly enhanced his physical attributes. Kaido could even launch a devastating beam from his mouth.

Whitebeard possessed the Gura Gura no Mi, a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit, which allowed him to create tremors at will. The Devil Fruit is said to have the power to destroy the world, and after seeing Whitebeard's display in Marineford, it is easy to see why. The Devil Fruit can easily obliterate an entire island, making it the strongest Devil Fruit among the Rocks Pirates.

At the time of the God Valley Incident, Whitebeard was still very young, but he did not act like an underling to Rocks. In fact, he was quite dissatisfied with the fact that Rocks went on the island without waiting for the rest of the crew.
