The biggest shock after the conclusion of the Wano Country arc was related to Buggy, who had snuck into the category of the greatest pirates alive. There were a lot of misunderstandings, which made the Marines think that Buggy was a threat and had to be treated as such. For this reason, they named him one of the Yonko.
Things became more complicated as Crocodile and Mihawk were presumed to be his pawns. This did not go down well with either of them. After some deliberation, they thought that it was better to let Buggy take the fall for their actions. Buggy Pirates or the Cross Guild will likely attract more powerful pirates, increasing their overall strength. If it happens, they stand a good chance of beating the Straw Hat Pirates.
4 Blackbeard Pirates

Marshall D. Teach's Blackbeard Pirates are by far and above the most ruthless crew in the current generation of pirates. During the Jaya arc, only a handful of people were aware of the crew's existence. However, it didn't take long for them to make a name for themselves. It started with Blackbeard becoming a Shichibukai, raiding Impel Down to recruit new members, and subsequently going to Marineford and killing Whitebeard. After the Summit War, the Blackbeard Pirates defeated the remnants of the Whitebeard Pirates and took their place as one of the four strongest crews in One Piece.

The Red Hair Pirates are captained by Shanks. He started gathering people for his crew after the execution of his beloved captain, Gol D. Roger. Shanks traveled far and wide to try and obtain new members. After he formed a proper crew, Shanks and his allies began their journey.
In a short time, they were able to become one of the most powerful crews in the entire world. Each member of the Red Hair Pirates is rather strong and capable of their own. The crew has yet to be involved in any serious battle, but there is no doubt that they can give anyone a run for their money. If the Straw Hate were to face Shanks and his crew, chances are that the heroes would end up losing the fight.
2 Roger Pirates

The Roger Pirates became famous for their exploits. They remain the only crew who managed to reach Laugh Tale and find the One Piece. Additionally, they also learned about the true history of the world, which meant that they were aware of all the atrocities committed by the World Government. For this reason, the World Government still hunted the members of the crew even after they disbanded.

1 Rocks Pirates

Xebec, was obsessed with taking over the world and being the most dominant individual. Fulfilling such a massive ambition wasn't going to be easy, so he made sure to gather the strongest crew members.
Rocks recruited many powerful fighters, which included the likes of Edward Newgate, Charlotte Linlin, Kaido, Shiki, Shakky, Gloriosa, etc. All these characters possessed powerful abilities, and they could easily wipe the floor with most crews. So, it's hardly surprising that the Celestial Dragons needed help from the Marines and the Roger Pirates to beat the Rocks Pirates. Given their strength, the Rocks Pirates wouldn't have any problems taking down the Straw Hats.
