The climax of the Egghead Island arc has already begun in One Piece. Its climax sees the Straw Hat Pirates faced up against a Buster Call of the Navy. For those who do not remember, the island of Egghead is currently surrounded by the Marines, whose goal is to eradicate Dr. Vegapunk, the genius scientist who has been studying the Poneglyphs. As a result, Vegapunk needs to be destroyed and for that reason, the World Government has sent about 100 ships, out of which 20 are believed to be giant battleships, with 30,000 Marines on them, which include nine Vice Admirals, one Admiral and, of course, a member of the Five Elders as well.

This is a massive force, no matter which way fans look at it and it is also a scary group for anyone to face. Most curiously, Saturn, a member of the Five Elders, has joined the fighting on Egghead as well, and he is up against the likes of the Straw Hat Pirates, and of course, Kuma and Bonney as well. Saturn has already tried to execute Kuma and Bonney and this in itself is a sign of the fact that the Egghead Island arc is currently in its climax. Saturn himself has decided to give the order to destroy the entirety of Egghead in an attempt to wipe out Vegapunk, Luffy, and of course, Kuma as well.

With the Buster Call having been triggered, it was only a matter of time before the Marines reduced Egghead to ashes, and it appears that this attempt is already underway. Egghead is not going to survive, no matter what. At some point, the Straw Hat Pirates will have to escape from the island and they cannot take the mass of land with them. As a result, this island will be sunk, no matter what, and the fact that the attack has already begun means that Egghead Island arc is currently dealing with its climax. Of course, with the climax of the arc, there often comes a discussion about what's next for the story and, right now, many fans are already dreaming about where the Straw Hat Pirates will go next and what Oda has planned for them. The two arrived on Egghead in quite some style. The first job while entering the waters around Egghead was to destroy the Navy ships that were tasked with pursuing the escaping vessel from Egghead, which carried the many scientists. These scientists were evacuated just so their lives could be saved. Saturn wanted them all dead, however, thanks to Dorry and Brogy, they were finally saved.

Dorry and Brogy continued to press forward and headed towards Egghead Island, as seen in One Piece chapter 1106. This powerful group of pirates seem to be arriving closer to the shore of Wano and they have already made it clear that their desire is for Luffy to escape safely. This is simply down to the fact that they know Luffy to be the Sun God and the Warrior of Liberation. As such, the Giant Warrior Pirates already know that Luffy is Nika, and for that reason, they are going to try their best to aid the Straw Hat Pirates in an attempt to escape from the island.

With that, at the same time, they have essentially confirmed the destination for the crew as well and this means the Straw Hat Pirates are next going to be headed to the island of Elbaf, which is also known as the Warland, and the country of Giants, where Dorry and Brogy are from.

The Next Arc After Egghead – Elbaf

The next destination of the Straw Hat Pirates is going to be the island of Elbaf and this is something that has now officially been confirmed in the manga. Previously, Vegapunk mentioned to Nami that Elbaf is nearby and that the signal that has been locked on her log pose belongs to this country. The Straw Hat Pirates were presumed to be heading to Elbaf, however, there were no confirmations. After all, a lot of things could have happened, and Oda could have also changed his mind as well. In Oda's very own Jump Festa message, he previously also confirmed the fact that he had multiple paths for the Straw Hat Pirates to take following the conclusion of the Egghead Island Arc. Thankfully, it appears that he has taken the Elbaf route, and that the Straw Hat Pirates will soon find themselves in the country of the Giants.

As soon as the climax of the Egghead Island arc is dealt with and the Marines are defeated, Luffy and the Straw Hat Pirates will sail away from Egghead and go towards Elbaf. This is going to be a major arc, where many other characters, such as Prince Loki, are going to be introduced. Furthermore, in this arc, many secrets pertaining to the last Road Poneglyph are also going to be revealed, and most importantly, this is going to be an arc of many reunions, such as Robin and Saul, Usopp and Yasopp, and of course, most importantly, Luffy and Shanks.
