They are the most elite officers of the Marines and they are feared all over the world. They have a Three Crown Bounty placed on their heads by the Cross Guild, which equates to 3 billion berries. Every single Marine Admiral that fans have seen in One Piece has been a Devil Fruit user. While this list already goes over the Admirals's Devil Fruit powers, a lot more information related to their specific abilities and things such as awakening status have now been added to the list. With that, this list has now been updated.
6 Mori Mori no Mi
- User: Aramaki, also known as Admiral Green Bull.
- Awakening Status: Unawakened.
- Strongest Ability: Groves Of Wrath – This technique sees Ryokugyu create a giant body made of forest and sprout various appendages from his surroundings. He was seen using this power in the fight against the Scabbards and also later, against Morley as well. It is certainly his strongest ability so far that the fans have seen, even though there are likely many others up his sleeve as well.
Ryokugyu is one of the new Navy Admirals who was given this position during the two-year timeskip after a vacancy was created following Aokiji's departure and Akainu's promotion. According to Doflamingo, Ryokugyu is a beast in combat. In One Piece's Wano Country arc, fans finally got to see Ryokugyu Devil Fruit powers. Although his fruit remains unnamed at the moment, it holds the power to create forests and vegetation. With its powers, he was able to turn the entire wasteland of Udon into a giant forest.

- Strongest Ability: Ice Age – Kuzan has a lot of powerful abilities up his sleeve but the strongest are those that can freeze his enemies to the core. Ice Age seems to be one of the strongest powers that Kuzan possesses and it can easily freeze multiple of his enemies within the blink of an eye. Of course, against stronger enemies, it doesn't seem to be all that effective. In close-range combat, the strongest technique that he possesses is Ice Glove. This technique was used by him against Garp and it certainly dealt great damage to the Hero of the Marines as well.
The Hie Hie no Mi Is a Logia type of Devil Fruit and the first Admiral power to be introduced in the story. Debuting during the Long Ring Long Land arc, this Devil Fruit power belongs to Aokiji of the Marines. It allows him to create, manipulate, and turn into ice itself. With its powers, he can freeze anyone to the bone within a matter of seconds. What's more, he can even freeze an entire ocean effortlessly, which just goes to show the potency of his powers.

Aokiji was strong enough to take down Diamond Jozu, one of the Commanders of Whitebeard with rather ease during the Marineford war. Furthermore, his Devil Fruit also allowed him to clash against Whitebeard on several occasions, making him a force to be reckoned with. By turning into ice, he can avoid most of the damage thrown his way. That said, fire and heat in general are certainly the two biggest weaknesses of his power.
4 Zushi Zushi no Mi

This attack sees him gather gravitational power in his blades and then shoot an attack so powerful towards his enemies that it starts bending his surroundings, dealing incredible amounts of damage to them. This attack can flatten the surroundings with gravity and bend them as he wills. Fujitora likely has the strongest power still up his sleeve, and he has not showcased what he is truly capable of just yet.
The Zushi Zushi no Mi Was eaten by Admiral Fujitora of the Navy at an unknown point in time. Just like Ryokugyu, he was appointed as an Admiral at some point during the two-year timeskip. Fujitora is a monster in combat, and glimpses of that were shown to the fans during the Dressrosa arc of One Piece. His Devil Fruit allows him to control gravity itself which is a tremendous power to have.
By increasing the weight of anything within his vicinity, Fujitora becomes extremely dangerous to take on in combat. Using the crushing weight, he was able to fight Sabo of the Revolutionary Army effortlessly. What's more, Fujitora's strongest techniques, such as the Raging Tiger, are powerful enough to flatten everything with the force of gravity. If that wasn't enough, he can also bring down meteors from space using his gravitational pull.
3 Pika Pika no Mi
- User: Borsalino, also known as Admiral Kizaru.
- Awakening Status: Unawakened.
- Strongest Ability: Yasakani no Magatama – Kizaru has many powerful abilities up his sleeve but the strongest of them is certainly Yasakani no Magatama. This attack is lethal as it hits the enemies with a barrage of light beams that are nearly impossible to dodge and, at the same time, deal high damage as well. Kizaru has used this technique on various occasions in the story already and, every single time, this technique has dealt damage to the enemies. He can also improvise this technique by turning his light beads into clones of himself and then completely surround the enemy, launching several attacks on them, just as he did against Luffy.
Eaten by Admiral Kizaru, the Pika Pika no Mi is a Logia type of Devil Fruit that was introduced during the Sabaody Archipelago arc. It goes without saying that this fruit is one of the most overpowered ones introduced in the story so far as it allows Kizaru to turn into light itself and freely manipulate and produce it as he likes. This ability allows him to travel and fight at the speed of light, which is extremely difficult to keep up with.

It also gives him tremendous firepower and all his techniques are strong enough to take down most characters in a single blow. The weight of Kizaru's attacks is known to be tremendous as, according to him, speed is weight, meaning being kicked at the speed of light is certainly not easy to recover from. If lightspeed kicks were not dangerous enough, Kizaru can also fire light bullets with techniques such as Yasakani no Magatama that can pierce his targets to the bone.
2 Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Daibutsu

- Strongest Ability: Shockwaves – Sengoku does not have any named attacks in One Piece. However, the biggest strength that his Devil Fruit offers him is the ability to create shockwaves. In the anime, these shockwaves proved to be capable of matching the quakes launched by the Gura Gura no Mi. Given that this fruit allows the user to produce shockwaves, they can then bypass even the toughest of defenses. They can also deal internal damage to the enemy, which makes Sengoku one of the strongest fighters in One Piece.
Wielded by the former Fleet Admiral Sengoku, the Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Daibutsu is an incredible Devil Fruit that belongs to the Mythical Zoan class. Belonging to such a rare class, it is no surprise that this Devil Fruit is special. It allows Sengoku to transform himself into a giant golden Buddha capable of producing massive shockwaves from the palm of its hand.
The shockwaves are deadly, as they were powerful enough to match the quakes produced by the Gura Gura no Mi. The full power of Sengoku's Devil Fruit remains to be seen, however, given that he was once an Admiral of the Navy, it goes without saying that it is incredible, to say the least. Being a Zoan, this Devil Fruit also most likely gives him heightened physical prowess and a superior recovery rate. Undoubtedly, this fruit remains to be one of the best seen in the story.
1 Magu Magu no Mi
- User: Sakazuki, also known as Akainu – the Current Fleet Admiral.

- Strongest Ability: Ryuusei Kazan – Ryuusei Kazan is the strongest ability that Sakazuki currently possesses. This power sees him launch several of his magma fists in the sky and then shower his enemies with magma meteors raining down on them. This power can eliminate an entire army of enemies all by itself, which gives it both versatility, as well as immense offensive power. This technique was seen being used against the Whitebeard Pirates and it eliminated quite a lot of the enemies that the Marines had at the time. Even Whitebeard's flagship, the Moby Dick, fell to this technique. The scope of this technique was such that Whitebeard could not protect everyone around him and that was certainly a good showing of how incredible this technique can be.
The Magu Magu no Mi is a Logia type of Devil Fruit eaten by the former Admiral Akainu. This fruit is known to hold offensive power of the highest order, meaning no other fruit surpasses it in terms of raw offensive output. It allows Sakazuki to produce and manipulate magma at will. What's more, being a Logia fruit, it also gives him the ability to turn into magma itself. With the highly destructive nature of the ability, even a single blow from this fruit can prove to be life-threatening.
During the Marineford arc, fans saw Akainu go up against Whitebeard and injure him severely with this power. The Magu Magu no Mi is, undoubtedly, an exceptional ability that only the strongest fruits, such as the Gura Gura no Mi, can match in combat. To date, it remains the strongest Admiral Devil Fruit ability seen in One Piece.
