Stussy is a member of the Cipher Pol who was introduced in the Whole Cake Island arc in One Piece. When Oda introduced the people leading the underworld at Big Mom's Tea Party, Stussy also made an appearance as, at the time, she was posing as The Queen of the Pleasure District. Of course, this was only a way for her to hide her true affiliation which was, at the time, to the CP0.

RELATED: One Piece: The Pacifista Command Hierarchy, ExplainedSince then, Stussy has been seen alongside other members of the CP0 who hold a lot of importance to the story, such as Kaku and Rob Lucci. In the Egghead Island arc, Stussy has made herself even more important than ever before. In the previous chapter, her true past was revealed to the fans, as were her true powers. Stussy is much stronger than fans thought she would be and so far Eiichiro Oda has only scratched the surface with her.

The Creation Of Stussy

One of the biggest shocks in One Piececame in chapter 1072 in which Stussy betrayed her very own comrades after an order by Dr. Vegapunk. At first, it was quite hard for fans to point a finger at who Vegapunk's mysterious savior would be. The chapter went on to reveal that it was none other than Stussy. While Kaku was engaged in fierce combat with Zoro and holding his own against him, Stussy managed to sneak up on him easily and bite him in the neck, causing him to fall asleep immediately afterwards. This action shocked Rob Lucci and it was then revealed that Stussy was actually an ally of Dr. Vegapunk. Immediately, fans tied this to the beginning of the chapter which saw Vegapunk going over the creation of the first successful human clone.

While the world rejected her, Vegapunk considered her to be a true human. This clone was none other than Stussy. As such, it is beyond any doubt now Stussy was created artificially by Dr. Vegapunk using the same technology that Vinsmoke Judge later used to create his Germa 66 Army. Stussy, in particular, was modeled after Miss Buckingham Stussy, who was a former member of the Rocks Pirates. Fans are already very well aware of her and have seen her accompanying Edward Weevil on countless occasions so far. Also known as Miss Bakkin, Buckingham Stussy once rode the same ship as Whitebeard and was most likely his lover as well. At some point, she met Vegapunk and this eventually led to her cloning and the creation of the Stussy that the fans see now.

The Sea Stone Usage

With her past having been well established in the story already, Oda also went out of his way to reveal some of her abilities to the fans. One of her most unique powers is a lipstick that makes use of Sea Stone. Not many fighters in the One Piece world make use of this weapon despite it being tremendously useful against Devil Fruit users. Mostly, powerful fighters make use of either Devil Fruit or Haki or a mixture of the two in combat. Stussy has some of those abilities, but she also has this unique weapon upper sleeve. Using her sea stone lipstick, Stussy can weaken any Devil Fruit user, as was seen in One Piece 1073 where she weakened Rob Lucci with its mere touch.

RELATED: One Piece: Most Underwhelming Characters In The SeriesThis weakened him to appoint where it allowed her to make use of her other powers to incapacitate him effortlessly. Her usage of this lipstick is very dangerous and is, to some extent, very similar to Smoker's Jitte. The fact that she conceals it so well only makes this power all the more dangerous. While it certainly is very dangerous in combat, it isn't all that she has going for her. Stussy is also a user of the Rokushiki arts, which has been demonstrated on several occasions in the past. This also automatically makes her a user of Haki as well and this just goes to show that she is a force to be reckoned with.

Potential Devil Fruit

While she is already established as a very powerful fighter, Stussy also has other weapons up her sleeve and one of them was revealed to the fans in One Piece 1072 as a Mythical Zoan Devil Fruit. While its mythical nature is up for debate, the fact that it is a Devil Fruit is certainly not. While biting Kaku, Stussy sprouted giant black wings and sharp fangs. She then proceeded to bite him In the neck and was able to knock him out easily. The usage of the powers suggests that Stussy is a user of a vampire Devil Fruit. However, this fruit has already been used by Patrick Redfield in a One Piece game and Oda usually does not use the same Devil Fruits twice, or do a retcon.

That pretty much ensures that Stussy's Devil Fruit is different from the one eaten by Patrick Redfield. She could possess the powers of the Dracula fruit or a form of the Human Human fruit as well. It is possible that Stussy is a user of the Mythical Zoan Human Human fruit and this opens up many potential doors for her character. In her fight against Lucci, this power of hers was seen once again and fans will most certainly see it again in the future as well. For now, her Devil Fruit powers don't have a name, however, due to their Zoan nature, it goes without saying that Stussy has incredible physical prowess and the ability to defeat two members of the CP0 in Kaku and Rob Lucci within a matter of seconds. Undoubtedly, she is among the strongest characters within the World Government and arguably is up there with the mightiest female characters in the story.
