The Straw Hat Grand Fleet is an absolutely massive group of pirates who swore their allegiance to none other than Straw Hat Luffy, the captain of the Straw Hat Pirates in One Piece. This happened at the end of the Dressrosa Arc, and ever since then, these powerful pirates have continued to grow in terms of power as well as infamy.
One Piece: Every 4 Billion+ Berry Pirate
Many One Piece characters have bounties over 1 billion berries, however, only the most legendary pirates have one over 4 billion.
The Straw Hat Grand Fleet is composed of several powerful representatives, and each of them holds enough strength to deserve high bounties on their heads. In fact, quite a lot of them are highly wanted individuals already, with some of them being among the most wanted.
8 Ideo
Bounty: N/A
Ideo is the fourth representative of the Straw Hat Grand Fleet. He possesses incredible strength in his arms, and his punches feel like explosions. Ideo has unique abilities that have allowed him to survive the Grand Line effectively so far. His Destruction Cannon can only be dealt with by a select few individuals in the New World, which makes them quite special.
Unfortunately, despite his infamy, has not had a bounty revealed in the story. That said, he most likely does possess one.
7 Leo
Bounty: N/A
Leo is the fifth representative of the Straw Hat Grand Fleet, and a member of the Tontatta Tribe. While he might not be the most powerful, when speaking of physical strength, Leo is quite resourceful in combat, and fights very effectively. As a representative of the Straw Hat Grand Fleet, Leo has to be strong, as has been confirmed by Oda and many occasions.
Unfortunately, Leo does not have a bounty that is known just yet. The fact that his pirate crew was also recently founded means that his bounty has likely not been issued, or, at the very least, it is not high enough at this point in time. Despite that, Leo is very dangerous and fans already know that bounties are not necessarily an indication of strength.
6 Hajrudin
Bounty: N/A
Hajrudin Is the 6th representative of the Straw Hat Grand Fleet, and he's an incredibly powerful Giant who hails from Elbaf. The Giants of Elbaf are known for their incredible resilience, and at the same time, tremendous Haki. Hajrudin has made quite the name for himself and he certainly does have a bounty on his head.
Unfortunately, fans do not know what his bounty is at this point in time as Oda has not confirmed it. However, given his strength as a Giant, as well as the fact that he's allied with the Straw Hat Pirates, he most likely does have a high reward on his head.
5 Orlumbus
Bounty: 148 Million Berries
Orlumbus is the 7th and final representative of the Straw Hat Grand Fleet, and he is the leader of the Yonta Maria Fleet.

Devil Fruits and Haki are the two main power systems in One Piece. These characters manage without either.
He has a bounty of 8 million berries on his head, and this Bounty certainly does not do justice to the level of strength that he possesses. Orlumbus is quite a capable leader and his strength in combat as well as his resilience is commendable as well.
4 Bartolomeo
Bounty: 200 Million Berries
The leader of the Barto Club, also known as the Cannibal, Bartolomeo is a renowned individual in the New World and an up-and-coming pirate who has acquired great fame over the years. Bartolomeo is a worshiper of the Straw Hat Pirates, and Luffy was the reason why he became a pirate in the first place.
He has acquired tremendous strength over the years, thanks to his usage of the Bari Bari no Mi. In combat, his defensive capabilities are extremely high, thanks to his barriers. He has a bounty of 200 million berries on his head.
3 Don Sai
Bounty: 210 Million Berries
Don Sai is the current leader of the Happo Navy, and he has taken over from his father, Don Chinjao. Sai possesses tremendous strength, and his usage of Hasshoken is certainly out of this world. He is also an incredibly good user of Armament Haki, as was seen when he combined it with his Hasshoken to awaken the Drill Dragon Nail.
He can split the continent of ice, which just goes to show how much power he possesses. He has a bounty of 210 million berries on his head, and it certainly should be higher.
2 Cavendish
Bounty: 330 Million Berries
Cavendish of the White Horse is the first representative of the Straw Hat Grand Fleet, and one of the most powerful individuals in the entire group. He possesses tremendous strength as the leader of the Beautiful Pirates, and he is one of the few individuals in the fleet who can utilize Haki.
Cavendish also has his alter ego, which allows him to bring out his true strength. Through all his exploits in the New World, he has earned himself a bounty of 330 million berries.
1 Don Chinjao
Bounty: 542 Million Berries
Don Chinjao might not be a representative of the Straw Hat Grand Fleet, however, he certainly is a part of the Happo Navy. Chinjao is a retired pirate and it is clear for the fans to see that he is far from his prime. However, when it comes to bounty, he has the highest of the lot.
Chinjao has a bounty of 542 million berries, which is incredible. He also has access to all three types of Haki, as well as a mastery over Hasshoken. Chinjao is a monstrous fighter who once fought the likes of Garp on many occasions as well, and that certainly deserves praise.
