Bounties are ranked according to power and notoriety, which is why the highest-ranked characters are considered the most ruthless and dangerous pirates in the world. Who has the highest bounty in One Piece?

These rewards are usually an indicator of the level of threat that an individual poses to the Government and its integrity. Usually, bounties are given to strong people who oppose the government, and those who, just by existing, or through other means, such as holding key knowledge, pose a threat to the Government. Over the years, Oda has revealed several jaw-dropping bounties, and as One Piece enters the Final Saga, these bounties have only been getting higher. While this list already goes over the vast majority of the highest bounties in One Piece, new bounties being revealed means that there is room for more to be included. As such, this list has now been updated.

40 Bege

350 Million Berries

Capone Gang Bege is an incredibly powerful individual who belongs to the Worst Generation. Bege arrived on Sabaody with a bounty greater than 100 million berries, and that made him a feared pirate. After the timeskip, he has done incredibly well for himself, and right now, he can be considered to be a veteran pirate of the New World.

Bege has accomplished many intriguing feats, and recently, he received a 50 million bounty increase, which pushed his total bounty from 300 million to 350 million. This was largely down to the fact that he collaborated with Luffy in an attempt to assassinate Big Mom, and caused great damage to her reputation, as well as her territory. Bege managed to escape from the territory successfully, which, again, goes to show his incredible powers as a pirate. His bounty certainly does do his strength justice, but if he had a higher bounty, that would be understandable as well. Bege still has more to offer, and fans can hope to see him later down the line in the story again.

39 Nami

366 Million Berries

Nami is the navigator of the Straw Hat Pirates and one of the officers in Yonko Luffy's crew. Nami is quite powerful, however, within the crew itself, she is one of the weakest members. Nami had a bounty of 66 million berries prior to the events of the Wano Country arc. She then got a 300 million berries increase, which pushed her total reward to $366 million berries.

Right now, she has a bounty that can be enough to qualify her as a veteran pirate. The pirate crew of the Pirate King certainly needs such high bounties on board, and it is safe to say that Nami's rewards will only grow higher from here. That said, while Nami does possess incredible firepower, thanks to Zeus, she still has a lot of room for development when it comes to other aspects of battle, and, as such, her bounty might be slightly inflated thanks to Luffy's status as a Yonko.

38 Pedro

382 Million Berries

Pedro was one of the Guardians of the Whale Forest and one of the most important Minks that the fans have seen in One Piece. Pedro was properly introduced to the fans in the Zou Arc, and he became extremely close to Luffy and the group as he went with them to Whole Cake Island. Pedro possessed tremendous strength up his sleeve, and being an excellent swordsman who commanded the power of Electro strong enough to match and defeat even Tamago was proof of that.

On top of that, Pedro also had a Sulong transformation that would push him to the next level in combat. If that wasn't enough, then, one should also consider the fact that was the leader of the Knox Pirates. Given that they researched Poneglyphs, the government has no choice but to take notice of him. Pedro acquired a 382 million berry Bounty, and it was totally justified.

37 Brook

383 Million Berries

Brook is the musician of the Straw Hat Pirates who has, over the years, become incredibly important in the series. Brook possesses decent strength, and at the same time, he is also a threat to the World Government just by being a part of Luffy's crew.

Brook has a bounty of 383 million berries, and he possesses enough strength to justify that bounty. Of course, Brook still has a long way to go, but for now, his bounty reflects his strength very well.

36 Franky

394 Million Berries

Franky is one of the powerhouses of the Straw Hat Pirates, and he plays the role of the shipwright of the crew. When it comes to his powers, thanks to all the enhancements he made to himself, he has successfully turned himself into a powerful cyborg. Over the timeskip, he has modified his body greatly, and right now, he's strong enough to fight veteran pirates and defeat them. Franky was able to defeat Sasaki in the Wano Country arc, which is proper proof of the fact that he is a pirate worthy of a very high bounty.

In fact, even after defeating Sasaki, he could have fought more, as he offered Zoro a helping hand. If anything, Franky deserves a higher bounty than the one that he currently has. Still, a 394 million berry bounty is quite impressive.

35 Karasu/Ulti

400 Million Berries

Karasu and Ulti share a 400 million berries bounty in One Piece. When it comes to Karasu, he is the North Army commander of the Revolutionary Army and certainly a very strong individual. Fans know him to be quite dangerous, thanks to the power of his Susu Susu no Mi. Karasu is quite dangerous in combat and fans have already seen him clashing against the likes of Fujitora, which just goes to show that he has quite a lot of skill. Even though his bounty is just 400 million berries, it is bound to increase with time.

On the other hand, Ulti was a Tobi Roppo of the Beast Pirates. Her strength is certainly impeccable and, in her group, she was certainly one of the most impressive ones. She has a great pachycephalosaurus Devil Fruit and, on top of that, she also has some great Haki. In fact, in combat, Luffy had the resort to using Gear Fourth if he were to fight her in an extended battle.

34 Tamago

429,000,000 Berries

One of the top officers of the Big Mom Pirates, Tamago has a 429 million berry bounty on his head. He is quite strong and certainly worthy of his bounty.

In combat, he makes use of his Tama Tama no Mi, which grants him weird powers. Essentially, Tamago evolves the more he fights and gets stronger the more he is struck down, going from an egg, ultimately turning into Count Niwatori. He's also a skilled fighter with his legs.

33 Bello Betty

457,000,000 Berries

The commander of the East Army of the Revolutionary Army, Bello Betty is exceptionally powerful. She took this position over from Ginny, who was the East Army Commander before her. Betty is quite strong and, among the four sea commanders, she has the highest bounty, which just goes to show that she is the biggest threat to the World Government among them. Her Kobu Kobu no Mi allows her to awaken the latent potential of anyone and motivate them greatly.

This is the perfect devil fruit for the Revolutionary Army and, using this fruit, she has led successful revolutions in many countries, such as Lulusia. Since the Revolutionary Army is more involved in the final saga than most groups, fans will most definitely see her bounty increase.

32 Sasaki

472,000,000 Berries

Another member of the Tobi Ropo of the Beast Pirates, Sasaki was quite an accomplished fighter who fought against Franky in Wano. He made use of his triceratops Devil Fruit, which was an Ancient Zoan, and granted him tremendous strength as well as durability and recovery rate.

Sasaki was quite difficult for Franky to take on in battle, however, the Straw Hat Pirate managed to beat him nonetheless. He was certainly deserving of his bounty, given that he was a very cruel personality who did not hold back against anyone.

31 Black Maria/ Edward Weevil

480,000,000 Berries

Both Black Maria and Edward Weevil share high bounties in One Piece and their figure tops at 480 million berries. Black Maria was a member of the Tobiroppo and she was certainly one of the strongest of the group, if not the strongest. She had the power of an ancient spider Zoan, called Rosamygale Grauvogeli. In combat, she could use powerful webs, and, at the same time, many toxins as well. She could also dish out heavy beatings, thanks to her incredible Armament Haki. She caused quite a lot of trouble for Sanji and, later on, even Nico Robin. Defeating her required Robin to push past all her limits and that just goes to show how strong she was.

Another pirate with the 480 million bounty is Edward Weevil although, in this case, this bounty isn't quite accurate. 480 million berries was his reward before he was made a Shichibukai. This reward was then frozen. Since then, the Shichibukai system has been dissolved and all the bounties of the Former Warlords have been reevaluated. His current bounty is much higher than 480 million berries, however, fans do not know how much it actually is. For now, he is still stuck with 480 million berries.

30 Usopp

500,000,000 Berries

After the events of Wano, Usopp received a 300 million beri increase, which shot his current bounty up to 500 million. While Usopp certainly isn't a pirate worthy of a 5 million beri bounty based on his strength alone, his pedigree is immense in the world already and that, on its own, is enough to see him get a bounty this high.

In the future, Usopp will likely see his bounty skyrocket even more. However, for now, 500 million berries is quite impressive for him.

29 Izo

510,000,000 Berries

Izo is a powerful pirate who was once a member of the Whitebeard crew and, at the same time, he also returned to Wano to fight against the Beast Pirates. Izo held off the CP0 after already being injured in the fight against Kaido and did incredibly well.

As a member of the Whitebeard Pirates, he had made quite a name for himself and his bounty of 510 million berries speaks for itself. Sadly, Izo ended up dying in the war in Wano.

28 Chinjao

542,000,000 Berries

Don Chinjao is a legendary pirate from the past who used to lead the Happo Navy. In his prime days, he had a bounty of 542 million berries on his head. Sadly, Garp destroyed his drill, which meant that he could not carry on his activities as a pirate any longer.

27 Who's Who

546,000,000 Berries

A member of the Beast Pirates, Who's Who was one of the Tobiroppo until recently. Given that this group is a meritocracy, Who's Who was most likely the strongest of the lot. His actions had earned him a bounty of 546 million berries, which is quite a staggering figure.

He fought against Jinbe in Wano and, even though he was easily defeated, he did not go down without dealing some damage to the Fish Man as well. Who's Who is certainly an incredibly powerful pirate, however, his current whereabouts remain unknown.

26 Little Oars Jr./Ace

550,000,000 Berries

Little Oars Junior made his debut in the Marineford arc where he was presumed to have died. His current status remains unknown, however, it is likely that he's alive somewhere in the world. Little Oars Junior had a bounty of 550 million berries, which is incredibly high.

He also shared this figure with Ace, the Second Division Commander of the Whitebeard Pirates who ended up dying in the Paramount War. Both of them shared this bounty and were certainly among the most ferocious people in the One Piece world.

25 Charlotte Snack

600,000,000 Berries

One of the former Four Sweet Commanders of the Big Mom Pirates, Snack is a quite powerful fighter with a bounty of 600 million berries on his head. Snack was quite strong, capable of fighting against Urouge and holding his own, although, ultimately, being defeated.

Snack also managed to fight against Judge in the Whole Cake Island arc and did fairly well. While he isn't the strongest of the members of the Big Mom Pirates, he's certainly impressive in his own way. It is highly unlikely for him to be relevant in One Piece again, given that he wasn't even relevant in the Whole Cake Island arc, in the first place. Nonetheless, he does have a high bounty.

24 Sabo

602,000,000 Berries

Sabo is the Chief of Staff of the Revolutionary Army and the man known all over the world as the Flame Emperor. The last fans knew of Sabo, his bounty was 602 million berries. Since then, he has infiltrated the Reverie and has seen the true powers of both Imu and the Gorosei.

At the same time, he has been framed as the killer of King Cobra of the land of Arabasta. Sabo's bounty is sure to have skyrocketed over 602 million berries, however, this figure has not been made official yet. For now, what fans do know for a fact is that it is at least 602 million berries. It wouldn't be a surprise if his bounty is far over a billion berries or even in the territory of 2 to 3 billion.

23 Charlotte Perospero

700,000,000 Berries

An army does not consist of just one person, a fact Big Mom seems to understand. The Big Mom Pirates have a wide range of powerful members, all of which work to appease the group's titular leader. Although he hardly has the highest bounty in the crew, Charlotte Perospero is nevertheless extremely dangerous, with his Pero Pero no Mi Devil Fruit providing him the ability to create and control candy.

22 Charlotte Cracker

Sticking with the Big Mom Pirates, Charlotte Cracker was chosen by his captain to face Luffy in the Seducing Woods. One of the crew's Three Sweet Commanders, Cracker's Devil Fruit centers around biscuits, and this ability is far more threatening than it sounds.

Cracker can create biscuit soldiers to overwhelm his enemy, allowing him to defeat most pirates who do not have rubber stomachs and the will to eat everything. While he eventually fell to Luffy, Cracker is anything but a pushover.

21 Nico Robin

930,000,000 Berries

Nico Robin is the archaeologist of the Straw Hat Pirates. Also known as the Light of the Revolution, Robin is the only person capable of deciphering the Poneglyphs. As such, she is quite possibly the biggest threat to the World Government in One Piece.

Robin is also an incredibly competent fighter. In Wano, she fought against Black Maria of the Beast Pirates and managed to defeat her. All her actions in the arc and her an incredibly high bounty of 930 million berries.
