Lucky Roux is known to be a very good user of Armament Haki, and it is also known that he utilizes the power of Observation Haki as well. While his Observation Haki is likely going to be decent, it is his Armament Haki that is likely going to be his biggest strength.

Of course, the captain of the Red Hair Pirates, Shanks is the very best Haki user in the crew and potentially the entire series. He's known to possess every Haki type and his mastery of all of them is at an advanced level.

Shanks can see the longest future of any character known in One Piece at the moment and his Armament Haki can be channeled from a distance. It is Conqueror's Haki that is known to be his biggest strength and he wields it at such a level that even a 3 billion berry pirate and his right-hand man cannot withstand a single blast of it.

Shanks can also utilize many other techniques, such as sending his Conqueror's Haki from miles away to deal damage to someone, and even killing other people's Observation Haki using his own Conqueror's Haki. Undoubtedly, he is one of the strongest Haki users in One Piece and a pirate like no other.
