Haki is one of the most incredible powers to exist in the One Piece world. This ability was first explained to the fans properly shortly prior to the two-year timeskip of One Piece, when Luffy started his training with Rayleigh. In the New World, Haki has become incredibly important for Luffy and every other strong personality to make their name.

7 Conqueror's Haki
Abilities: Knocking Out, Intimidation, Taming
Conqueror's Haki is one of the most powerful abilities to exist in the One Piece world. This power is something that a person is born with. As such, it is an ability that one either possesses or doesn't possess right from birth. It cannot be awakened like the other two forms of Haki. Although an exceptionally rare form of Haki, the basic form of it isn't all that special.
In fact, if a pirate doesn't use the basic form of this Haki in high-level battle, it doesn't make any difference at all. It simply allows the user to impose their willpower on others, knock out the weaker foes, and intimidate creatures. This is a very strong ability, and that goes without saying, however, the basic form of this power isn't all that strong compared to the other grades of Haki
6 Observation Haki
Abilities: Sensing Attacks, Feeling Presence, Feeling Emotions, Measuring Power
Observation Haki is a much-needed form of Haki for any pirate to be successful. This ability is like a sixth sense for the user. Essentially, it allows them to feel a presence around them. This form of Haki allows the user to sense things such as incoming attacks, malicious intent, power levels, and emotions, among other things.
It is an incredible ability that separates the average from the refined fighters and in order to keep up with the strong fighters in the New World, having Observation Haki is absolutely necessary for any fighter.
5 Armament Haki
Abilities: Increasing Offense and Defense, Countering Devil Fruit Protection
Armament Haki is, arguably, the most used form of Haki in the New World. It is also one of the most useful abilities that one can possess. Essentially, this ability allows the user to summon their spirit and coat their bodies in it as armor. It can be used both offensively and defensively, which is what makes this power very special. Armament Haki boosts the offensive output of any technique by several folds.
At the same time, it also protects the bodies of the user from powerful incoming attacks. Armament Haki allows the user to bypass any protection offered by the Devil Fruit and make contact with the real body of their targets underneath and that is one of its biggest applications. Of course, Armament Haki has many grades, and the basic form, while special, isn't all that powerful, especially against strong fighters.
4 Armament Haki Emission
Abilities: Strongest Offense, No Touch Damage
Armament Haki Emission is an advanced grade of Armament Haki which can only be accessible once the user improves their control over this skill. Haki can be wasted by the user if they are not careful. Gaining full control over the flow of this power is key to the emission ability. This skill was learned by Luffy in Wano and, essentially, it sees the user prevent Haki wastage and focus it at one point.
The user can then emit this form of Haki from this particular point without even making contact with their target, which is what makes this power more efficient and, at the same time, stronger.
3 Future Sight
Abilities: Seeing A Few Seconds Of The Future
Future Sight is an application of Observation Haki that very few people in the world can utilize. According to Rayleigh, a handful of the strongest people can see the future with Observation Haki. This ability is incredibly useful and it is what separates the average from some of the very best fighters in the One Piece world. Essentially, it allows the user to look a few seconds into the future and, depending upon their mastery of this skill, they can look further ahead.
For instance, Katakuri and Luffy can look a decent amount of time into the future, however, Shanks has trained this skill to an entirely different level. In fact, Shanks can even look more than 10 seconds into the future, which is nothing short of staggering.
2 Internal Destruction Ryuo
Abilities: Highest Armament Haki Output, Pierce Any Armor, Destroys From The Inside Out
The strongest grade of Armament Haki, Internal Destruction Ryuo is an exceptionally powerful ability that sees the user train this Haki to the absolute maximum. Essentially, this ability is the same as emission, however, the grade of Haki utilized in this ability is much higher. Instead of just being emitted from a distance and doing damage to the enemy, this grade of Haki penetrates their body and deals damage from the inside out.
It can bypass any form of defense and deal damage to the vitals of the target, which is what makes it truly terrifying. Only a handful of users can use Internal Destruction, and all of those are seasoned and experienced fighters.
1 Advanced Conqueror's Haki
Abilities: Highest Damage Output, Defensive Capabilities
By far, the strongest grade of Haki that fans have seen in One Piece is advanced Conqueror's Haki or Conqueror's Haki Infusion. This ability highlights the true power that Conqueror's Haki displays to the fans. Essentially, it allows the user to infuse their bodies or any weapon that they are wielding in Conqueror's Haki. This form of Haki improves attack and defense output by multiple folds.
In fact, just one strike from a Conqueror's Haki-infused attack is enough to knock out even seasoned fighters. For instance, Big Mom was able to knock down Page One in just one strike. In Act 1 of Wano, Luffy was knocked out by a single Conqueror's Haki strike by Kaido. Shanks was able to knock down Kid and Killer with a single strike of his sword coated in Conqueror's Haki. Luffy himself possesses this ability and he has trained it very well.
