While many of these fighting styles stand out for different things, there are those who are especially known to be great when it comes to Haki manipulation. These are fighting styles that are completely reliant on the usage of Haki and, as a result, are special in more ways than one.

6 Wano Swordsmanship

User: Wano Samurai

There are many swordsmen that exist in the world of One Piece and, usually, swordsmanship is not associated with Haki directly. However, when considering the Samurai of Wano, the swordsmanship there is directly tied to Haki. In the land of Wano, the concept of Ryuo exists.

Simply put, Ryuo is just Armament Haki, however, this type of Haki is based on the concept of flow. Just like Sakura petals, this Haki is made to flow through the body of a swordsman and through the blade itself. When that happens, the swordsmen can then decide what to cut and what not to cut. It is quite clearly a special form of swordsmanship that not everyone in the One Piece world can utilize.

5 Rokushiki

User: Government Officers, Marines

Rokushiki is a very intriguing martial arts form that fans were introduced to before the timeskip of One Piece. The first people using this power were the members of the CP9, and, from there onwards, many others have been seen utilizing this power as well, such as the members of CP0, and of course, even some members of the Marines. Regardless, the Rokushiki is an amazing power that is based around six different principles of strength and each of them grants a special ability to the user. By strengthening the user's body, it certainly does have a connection to Haki, undeniably. There might not be a direct tie between the two, however, it appears that Rokushiki might just be some form of a rudimentary Haki ability.

For instance, Tekkai itself is very similar to full body hardening, as was implied even in the Wano arc recently, although not quite the same. Furthermore, the Vivre Cards themselves imply some members of the CP9 to be Haki users before the timeskip. While there is certainly a difference between Haki and Rokushiki, the best conclusion that one can come to is that Rokushiki abilities can be considered to be a rudimentary form of Haki, making it a Haki-based fighting style.

4 One Sword Style Of The Flower

User: Hyougoro

When it comes to the many swordsmanship fighting styles that fans have seen in One Piece, the One Sword Style of the Flower certainly stands out as one of the very best. This fighting style was utilized by the boss of the Yakuza of Wano, Hyougoro the Flower. Fans were only able to see Hyougoro as a feeble and meek old man for the vast majority of Wano.

3 Ryusoken

Another Haki-based fighting style that fans have seen in One Piece is Ryusoken. This fighting style debuted in the Dressrosa arc and it was Sabo who utilized it to the best of his abilities at first. To use this fighting style, Sabo creates the claws of a dragon using his bare fists. He then hardens his claws with Armament Haki, making them strong enough to crush steel and even the skulls of powerful individuals with his grip.

This fighting style is directly tied to Haki. Furthermore, Sabo might not be the only individual capable of using this, even though so far, only he has manifested this power. Dragon, the person who Sabo learned this ability from, is likely a user of the Ryusoken as well.

2 Shuron Hakke

User: Kaido

Shuron Hakke is one of the strongest abilities of the Emperor of the Sea, Kaido, and he unleashed this power against Luffy in the Wano country arc. When he realized that Luffy was on his level, Kaido accepted him by getting drunk. Essentially, he can enter this special state by drinking a lot of alcohol. This makes him a drunken fighter, which appears to be his peak.

Furthermore, entering Shuron Hakke automatically makes Kaido's Haki even stronger, which makes it directly tied to Haki in more ways than one. Kaido could enter many of his unique transformations when entering Shuron Hakke and these transformations strengthened his Haki to a point where he could even take down Luffy with a single swing of his club, Hassaikai, despite him being a user of Conqueror's Haki Infusion.

1 Oden Two Sword Style

User: Kozuki Oden, Akazaya Nine

Of course, the strongest Haki-based fighting style in One Piece is the Oden Two Sword Style, which was invented by Oden himself. This fighting style revolves around the usage of Ryuo and fans have seen it being so powerful that it even almost killed Kaido himself.

Oden's retainers, the Akazaya Nine, can also use the Oden Two Sword Style, however, their usage of it is only a shadow of the true thing.
