He is the user of the Nomi Nomi no Mi, a Paramecia type of Devil Fruit that allows them to consume an unlimited amount of knowledge and increases the size of their brain accordingly, making them a human library. Vegapunk is a genius and, as such, is regarded to be the smartest man in the entire world. Over the years, He has come up with multiple intentions, some simply stupendous.

5 The Navy Ships With Sea Stone

One of the very first inventions of Dr. Vegapunk that fans were made aware of was the giant battleships of the Navy that could sail into the Calm Belt. As fans know, the Calm Belt is a strip of the ocean on either side of the Grand Line where there are no currents. As such, sailing through the Calm Belt is impossible for a regular pirate ship. Instead, paddle ships are used to sail across this sea. However, it is impossibly hard for even these kinds of ships to cross this region of th e ocean. This is due to the fact that the Calm Belt is known to be a lair of the Sea Kings.

However, Vegapunk combated this by lining the bottom of the marine battleships with sea stone. Since sea stone is known to give off the same energy as the ocean itself, all the marine battleships can pass through the Calm Belt undetected. This is how the Navy battleships move in and out of the Grand Line so easily. In the Amazon lily arc, Momonga approached Hancock on one of these battleships. After the abolition of the Shichibukai system, the Navy launched an allowed assault on Amazon Lily and this was also made possible by this majestic invention of Dr. Vegapunk.

4 Pacifista

The Pacifista From One Piece

The Pacifista are another incredible invention of Dr. Vegapunk. Known to be human weapons, they were first introduced to the fans in the Sabaody Archipelago arc, with Thriller Bark being a massive tease to it. The Pacifista were copies of Bartholomew Kuma, one of the Shichibukai. Thanks to Kuma allowing the Pacifista project to be based on his body, an army of cyborgs created using him was lined up by Vegapunk.

Along with incredible durability and combat ability, they were also installed with Admiral Kizaru's laser. During the Sabaody Archipelago arc, it took the combined effort of all the members of the Straw Hat Pirates to take down just one of them. After the timeskip, the Pacifistas were worked on further and they finally completed to give rise to the Seraphim.

3 The 6 Bodies Of Vegapunk

Shaka Lilith and Vegapunk's other satellites

Dr. Vegapunk is the smartest man in the world of One Piece and to make full use of his brain, he came up with a clever idea. He was able to split his brain into six parts and create a body for each of them. Each body exhibits a part of Vegapunk's very own personality. They were introduced to the fans in the Egghead Island arc, starting with Lilith, and moving on to the other bodies which include Shaka, York, Edison, Pythagoras, and Atlas. Each one of them carries out a specific task for Dr. Vega punk.

For instance, York is tasked with eating, resting, and relieving herself, so the main body of Vegapunk doesn't have to worry about that. Lilith embodies the evilness within Vegapunk while Shaka is the logic. Similarly, Atlas embodies the wrath of Vegapunk, while Edison and Pythagoras represent the thinking and wisdom of the genius scientist.

2 Seraphim

The Seraphim are the complete form of the Pacifista that Vegapunk finally created after the 2-year time skip of One Piece. They were first alluded to when Luffy met Sentomaru on Sabaody Archipelago. According to Sentomaru, the Pacifistas were far stronger now than ever before, meaning Vegapunk was continuously working on them. After the Reverie, the Shichibukai system was finally abolished by the World Government, thanks to a petition led by Admiral Fujitora and supported by the likes of King Cobra and King Riku.

Shortly afterwards, it was revealed that the Special Science Group of the Navy had finally completed their invention and the Seraphim were gradually introduced after the events of the Wano Country arc wrapped up. The Seraphim, simply put, are copies of the former Shichibukai. Each one of them has Lunarian Lineage Factor and thus, possesses all the Lunarian abilities. They also possess Devil Fruit powers, the power to shoot lasers, just like Admiral Kizaru. Same time, they are extremely large in size but are tough enough to combat even against the Yonko, as seen when Mihawk's Serpahim attacked Blackbeard. So far just a few of them have been introduced, however, it goes without saying that they are tremendously powerful.

1 Punk Records

The Punk Records is a giant storage on Egghead Island that hosts Vegapunk's very own brain. Thanks to the powers of his Devil Fruit, his brain grew so large that he had to store it outside his body, and using antennas, he can transmit any information that he needs to himself and his six satellites.

At the end of each day, all the satellite bodies of Dr. Vegapunk connect with Punk Records and synchronize all the data, allowing them to share one brain and process all the information that they learned together. Vegapunk hopes that Punk Records will one day connect to all the people of the world.
