Dr. Vegapunk is a genius scientist who is also believed to be the smartest man in the entire world in One Piece. Although he was introduced very early in the series, it wasn't until the final saga of One Piece began that Vegapunk became central to the plot.
Given that he possesses a mind that is 500 years ahead of humanity itself, it is no surprise to know that Vegapunk has done some incredible things, such as human cloning and even recreated Devil Fruit powers. In the final saga of One Piece, fans have already seen quite a few powers that Vegapunk successfully duplicated, and, needless to say, these powers are lethal.
7 Uo Uo no Mi, Model: Seiryuu
One of the very first powers that fans saw Vegapunk recreate was that of Kaido – the Uo Uo no Mi, Model: Seiryuu. Of course, this wasn't a perfect copy. Seiryuu literally means Azure Dragon and the version that Vegapunk made is not Azure, to begin with. Instead, Vegapunk ended up creating the peach version of this fruit, however, everything else about it is the same.
All the powers that Momonosuke was granted by eating Vegapunk artificially created Devil Fruit are the same as that of Kaido.
6 Supa Supa no Mi
The Supa Supa no Mi is a Paramecia type of Devil Fruit that was eaten by Mr. 1, Daz Bones. This Devil Fruit is a Paramecia type and was recreated by Vegapunk using Green Blood and given to the Seraphim of Dracule Mihawk, S-Hawk.
This Devil Fruit allows Mr. 1 to turn his entire body into a blade. Every single part of his body, such as his arms, his legs, and his fingers can be turned into a blade. Furthermore, he can also turn his body into different types of blades, such as a dicer, and even other kinds of sharp weapons.
5 Sui Sui no Mi
The Sui Sui no Mi is also a Paramecia type of Devil Fruit. This fruit belongs to Senor Pink of the Donquixote Pirates. This Devil Fruit allows him to swim in any surface around him, except for water, since he is a Devil Fruit user. Pink can swim in the ground below him or the buildings on his sides.
This Devil Fruit power is incredible and, fans saw a glimpse of it when Franky fought against Pink in the Dressrosa arc. In its awakened form, this could be even more deadly as the user could potentially sink their enemies.
4 Kage Kage no Mi
The Kage Kage no Mi is a Paramecia type of Devil Fruit that Vegapunk most certainly also recreated using Green Blood. This Devil Fruit originally belongs to Gecko Moria, one of the former Warlords of the Sea. Using this fruit, Moria can control shadows as he likes. Fans have seen him use several powerful shadow-related abilities, such as zombification and even the ability to create weapons with shadows.
Moria can even strengthen himself by consuming further shadows, which makes this Devil Fruit incredibly useful. Vegapunk was able to successfully recreate this Devil Fruit through the Seraphim of Moria.
3 Ito Ito no Mi
Tito Ito Ito no Mi is also a Paramecia type of Devil Fruit that Vegapunk successfully recreated using Green Blood. This devil fruit is an incredibly powerful one that allows the user to produce as well as control strings at will. These strings are incredibly dangerous. Not only can they connect to the spine of anyone and control their movements, but they can also slice and shred the victims apart.
The strings can also connect to clouds and allow the user to fly. It is one of the most versatile Devil Fruits seen in One Piece and the fact that Vegapunk was able to recreate it is just incredible.
2 Nikyu Nikyu no Mi
Nikyu Nikyu no Mi is the Devil Fruit that currently belongs to Bartholomew Kuma. This Devil Fruit was successfully recreated by Vegapunk by extracting the Lineage Factor from it and synthesizing Green Blood using it. This Green Blood currently flows through the veins of S-Bear and he possesses the power of the Nikyu Nikyu no Mi as well.
Using this devil fruit, S-Bear can reflect things at speeds that can go up to that of light and, at the same time, even make contact with and extract things that are not tangible such as pain, memories, or emotions.
1 Mero Mero no Mi
The Mero Mero no Mi is one of the most overpowered Devil Fruits in the entirety of One Piece. This fruit originally belongs to Boa Hancock, one of the former Warlords of the Sea. Using Green Blood, Vegapunk gave this ability to S-Snake, the Seraphim version of Hancock.
This Devil Fruit allows the user to petrify anyone who bears any kind of attractive emotions towards the user. This can range from cuteness to lust itself. Any person who feels these emotions towards the user can immediately be petrified forever. Only the user of the Devil Fruit can unpetrify them, which makes this fruit extremely deadly.
