Devil Fruits are the signature power system of One Piece. Each fruit not only gives anyone who eats it crazy new powers, but they’re also unique, and they can’t be replicated. That was until the legendary Doctor Vegapunk revealed that he could recreate their mysterious abilities.

One Piece: 8 Strongest Paramecia Type Devil Fruit Users

When it comes to the Paramecia class, these One Piece characters are the best at using their Devil Fruits.

The recent Egghead Arc introduced the concept of Green Blood, a substance that lets its user (mainly the Seraphim) use the powers of a pre-existing Devil Fruit. Its only condition is that this method can only be used to mimic fruits of the Paramecia type. Many characters could’ve had their Lineage Factor extracted to replicate their Devil Fruits, and these are some of the most possible examples.

1 Ito Ito No Mi

Eaten By Donquixote Doflamingo

Donquixote Doflamingo using the powers of the Ito Ito no Mi.

It’s already confirmed that the remaining members of the original Warlords of the Sea – Doflamingo, Moria, and Crocodile – had Seraphim clones made out of them. Considering that Doflamingo uses the powers of a Paramecia type, it’s extremely likely that his clone can also use them, thanks to his Green Blood.

The Ito Ito Ito no Mi lets its user create and manipulate strings, which means this is a very strong and practical Devil Fruit, with many possible applications. Combining that with the impressive physical abilities of a Seraphim would create a fearsome opponent for anybody who dares to go against the World Government.

2 Kage Kage No Mi

Eaten By Gecko Moria

Gecko Moria stealing Luffy's shadow with his Kage Kage no Mi.

Gecko Moria is yet another member of the Warlords of the Sea who ate a Paramecia Devil Fruit, so it’s also highly likely that his Seraphim clone can utilize its powers. However, the Kage Kage no Mi is an unconventional fruit that would require some creativity to use effectively.

This Devil Fruit lets its user manifest and manipulate shadows, which Moria uses to create an army of zombies and monsters. If his Seraphim can use this ability similarly, it could prove to be an important tool for the Marines.

3 Ishi Ishi No Mi

Eaten By Pica

Pica merging into the castle walls with his Ishi Ishi no Mi.

Vegapunk has explicitly stated that Green Blood can’t replicate the powers of a Logia Devil Fruit. This means that Crocodile’s Seraphim is not able to use the powers of his Suna Suna no Mi, which lets him transform into and manipulate sand. So, a lot of readers were left wondering which Devil Fruit is this Seraphim going to wield instead.

There seems to be no limit to the strange abilities that a Devil Fruit can bestow.

The Ishi Ishi no Mi is an excellent contender for this position. This Devil Fruit lets its user merge with and manipulate stone, and it was used to a terrifying extent by the person who ate it, Pica (who is currently imprisoned by the World Government). It may not be the same as the Suna Suna no Mi, but it would still be a fitting replacement.

4 Bara Bara No Mi

Eaten By Buggy The Clown

Buggy using the powers of his Bara Bara no Mi in order to attack Nami.

It is currently unknown if any of the newer Warlords of the Sea – Buggy, Law, and Weevil – were also cloned by Doctor Vegapunk. But if they were, Buggy the Clown’s Seraphim could make great use of his Bara Bara no Mi, which lets him split his own body and control the pieces separately.

Buggy often uses these powers in a comedic way to escape from bigger opponents. But a Seraphim – or any other type of Pacifista – could use it more efficiently, by splitting their powerful enhanced body into different parts that could chase any opponent, without ever needing to move from their original position.

5 Ope Ope No Mi

Eaten By Trafalgar D. Water Law

Trafalgar Law makes a Room with his Ope Ope no Mi.

While Trafalgar Law’s time as a Warlord of the Sea was relatively brief, it would have been a clever move from Doctor Vegapunk to replicate his Ope Ope no Mi with Green Blood. This is one of the most sought-after Devil Fruits in the series because it can be used to perform the Perennial Youth Operation, which can grant immortality to another person.

But even without this operation, a Seraphim wielding this fruit would be a force to be reckoned with, since the Ope Ope no Mi is one of the most versatile and powerful Devil Fruits in the series. Law can be quite merciful towards his enemies, but the same can’t be said about a government-controlled Pacifista.

6 Doru Doru No Mi

Eaten By Galdino (Mr. 3)

Mr. 3 making wax with his Doru Doru no Mi.

S-Hawk currently has the powers of the Supa Supa no Mi, which was originally eaten by Daz Bones. The former Baroque Works agent was imprisoned in Impel Down by the Marines, alongside other members of the Organization like Galdino, AKA Mr. 3.

He can wield the powers of the Doru Doru no Mi, which lets him generate and manipulate wax. Like Buggy, Mr. 3 often uses his powers in comedic ways, but they could be terrifying if they are replicated by a Seraphim or Pacifista. Remember when Mr. 3 almost trapped the Straw Hats in one of his wax creations? It could be something like that, but even more powerful.

7 Doku Doku No Mi

Eaten By Magellan

Magellan creates a Hydra with the poison of his Doku Doku no Mi.

Magellan is one of the most powerful people working for the World Government, mainly due to his Doku Doku no Mi, which lets him generate and manipulate different types of deadly poison. The only problem is that Magellan is not the smartest person to use this power, seeing as he keeps poisoning his own food.

Devil Fruit users are some of the strongest people in the One Piece world. These Devil Fruit abilities are absolutely overpowered.

Magellan is currently working as vice warden of Impel Down and is not likely to leave his position. So maybe it’d be better to replicate his powerful Devil Fruit with Green Blood and give it to a Pacifista who could use it in battle, especially if they don’t poison themselves with it.

8 Doa Doa No Mi

Eaten By Blueno

Blueno ambushes Sanji with the powers of his Doa Doa no Mi.

Most of the agents of CPO (Formerly CP9) are known to wield incredible Devil Fruits with useful abilities. But most of them have Zoan-type fruits, with one of the few exceptions being Blueno and his Doa Doa no Mi. With this Devil Fruit, he can create doors on anything he touches, including the air.

A Pacifista with Green Blood that replicates the Doa Doa no Mi would be perfect for espionage and data gathering, with its few applications in battle being an afterthought if they ever get caught. Most of the fruits that have been replicated so far are more action-centric, so this would be a solid alternative that the World Government could get a lot of use from.

9 Fuwa Fuwa no Mi

Eaten By Shiki

Shiki makes an entire fleet float with his Fuwa Fuwa no Mi.

The pirate known as “Golden Lion” Shiki spent quite some time imprisoned in Impel Down, which was enough for him to have his Lineage Factor extracted to replicate his Fuwa Fuwa no Mi, a Devil Fruit that lets its user levitate any non-living thing he touches, himself included.

While most of Shiki’s feats with his fruit remain questionable because of his non-canon appearance in the movie One Piece: Strong World, he is a canonical character who was a rival to both Gol D. Roger and Monkey D. Garp in the past. He was quite the feared pirate, mostly thanks to his strong Devil Fruit. So any Pacifista would benefit from using its powers.

10 Zushi Zushi No Mi

Eaten By Issho (Fujitora)

Fujitora makes everything float with his Zushi Zushi no Mi.

The Admirals are the most powerful warriors in the entire Marine organization. But most of them have Logia Devil Fruits, meaning that their powers can’t be replicated with Green Blood. The only exception is Issho, AKA Fujitora, who wields the amazing powers of Zushi Zushi no Mi.

Luckily for most pirates, Fujitora is quite the merciful Admiral, because this gravity-defying Devil Fruit can be used to create meteor showers, lower people to the ground, or repel almost any attack directed at its user. But a ruthless Seraphim or Pacifista using these powers could end up being one of the most powerful warriors in the entire world of One Piece.
