The Cross Guild is one of the most powerful organizations in One Piece. It was formed by Dracule Mihawk and Crocodile after the abolishment of the Shichibukai system. The two of them were meant to be the leaders, but Buggy accidentally seized the control.
Buggy's underlings started publishing posters that showed him as the leader of the organization. Within no time, the misinformation started to spread, and it resulted in the rest of the world, including the Marines, thinking that Buggy was the leader of the Cross Guild. Aside from the former Shichibukai, the organization also has other powerful One Piece characters that serve as its members.
8 Mohji and Richie
Mohji is the first mate of Buggy, which made him one of the top officers of the Buggy Pirates. He believes that he is capable of taming any creature, even though he failed to control a dog.
Mohji mainly fights alongside his pet lion, Richie, a fearsome beast that has the power to chew through an iron cage. The two of them usually gang up on their victims, but they still end up losing.
7 Cabaji
Cabaji is one of Buggy's most loyal underlings. He was heavily featured in the Orange Town arc, where he caused Zoro a lot of trouble, although it was mainly due to the Straw Hat's injuries.
Cabaji used to be the chief of staff, which meant that all the lower-ranked pirates treated him with respect. In terms of strength, Cabaji is definitely one of the weaker members of the Cross Guild.
6 Alvida
Alvida was the first villain that Luffy ever faced in the series. She was considered to be a terrifying pirate who ruled over her crew with an iron fist. After being defeated by Luffy, she formed an alliance with Buggy, which evolved into Buggy's Delivery Service, and eventually, it was integrated into the Cross Guild.
Alvida ate the Sube Sube no Mi, a paramecia type devil fruit that affected her appearance. Originally, she came off as a big woman, but the devil fruit caused her to shed the excess fat. It also causes any physical attack to slide off her body.
5 Mr. 3
Galdino, better known as Mr. 3, is a former Baroque Works employee. He was the primary antagonist in the Little Garden arc. After being defeated, he was sent to Impel Down, and he would have never gotten out if Luffy hadn't infiltrated the place. Galdino helped Luffy to defeat Magellan, and he came in clutch again when the Straw Hat needed a key to free Ace.
Galdino possesses the Doru Doru no Mi, which is a paramecia type devil fruit, and it allows him to create wax. Galdino is quite skilled at using his devil fruit to create various objects to help others. Despite being a devil fruit user, Galdino isn't much of a fighter, and he prefers to stay away from danger.
4 Buggy
Buggy's rise as a pirate has been baffling to fans. During the Marineford arc, he provided much-needed levity. After the World Government found out about his ties to Shanks and the Roger Pirates, they offered him to join the Shichibukai.
Buggy enjoyed his status as a Shichibukai, and he even started his own delivery service, which would send mercenaries to different places. When the Shichibukai system was dissolved, it seemed that Buggy would be captured. Instead, he was named one of the new Yonko. Furthermore, the confusion created by his underlings increased his reputation further. The World Government placed a bounty of 3,189,000,000 berries, which came as a shock to the fans. As a fighter, Buggy's strength is very limited. He uses his Bara Bara no Mi only to dodge attacks. This makes him one of the weaker members of the Cross Guild.
3 Daz Bones
Daz Bones is the most trusted underling of Crocodile. While he was working for Baroque Works, he used the alias "Mr. 1." After being defeated by Zoro, Daz Bones was locked inside Impel Down. During the prison break, Daz Bones joined Crocodile and stayed with him.
Daz Bones is originally a bounty hunter from West Blue, and he was feared as "The Killer." He is extremely proficient in hand-to-hand combat, and he possesses a powerful paramecia type devil fruit. He ate the Supa Supa no Mi, which allowed him to turn parts of his body into deadly steel blades. This helps him to avoid almost any kind of damage, but like all devil fruits, it is weak to Haki, and an elite swordsman can cut him even without Haki.
2 Crocodile
Crocodile was the main antagonist of the Alabasta arc. His plan was to take over the country and gain access to Pluton. Under the guise of Mr. 0, Crocodile nearly succeeded in his mission, but he was stopped by Monkey D. Luffy. Luffy. After his crimes were exposed, Crocodile was stripped of his title and transported to Impel Down, where he stayed until Luffy broke him out.
Crocodile played a crucial role in the Paramount War as he saved Ace and Luffy. When the war finally ended, Crocodile went to the New World, and his whereabouts remained unknown for a long time. Once the news about the Shichibukai being dissolved was revealed, Crocodile wasted no time in contacting Mihawk and forming the Cross Guild. 1 Dracule Mihawk
One of the two co-founders of the Cross Guild, Dracule Mihawk, is easily the strongest character within the organization. Before joining the Shichibukai, Mihawk was called "Navy Hunter" as he fearlessly hunted down Marines. To stop him from causing more damage to them, the World Government offered him to become a Shichibukai.
Mihawk also used to be rivals with Shanks, who went on to become one of the Yonko. It is unclear who had the upper hand in their rivalry, but both of them went on to become strong pirates. Mihawk is an extremely talented swordsman, and he holds the title of the "Strongest Swordsman in the World." Mihawk's bounty of 3,596,000,000 berries is one of the highest in the series. All these things prove that he stands alone at the top of the Cross Guild.
