The entire world of One Piece is filled with different kinds of pirate crews. The final words of Gol D. Roger acted as the harbinger of a new era in pirating. His words inspired countless people, who decided to set sail to find the treasure that is One Piece.
However, only a handful of pirate crews were able to stand up to the task and get their hands on the poneglyphs that could guide them to the treasure. Pirates closest to One Piece pose the biggest threat to the power of the World Government. Based on the level of threat, the World Government assigns bounties to individuals, and the cumulative bounty of the individuals gives an idea of the crew's notoriety and strength. With that in mind, here are ten crews in One Piece that have the highest bounties.

All the people involved in the arc earned a great deal of recognition, and their feats caused the World Government to increase their bounties. However, instead of increasing the bounties based on their accomplishments, the World Government altered the numbers to keep the truth from being circulated. Outside Wano, other pirates were also making moves, which drew the attention of the World Government. Due to the change in bounties, certain pirate crews climbed up the rankings in terms of overall bounties. So, here are the crews with have the highest bounties in One Piece.
12 Donquixote Pirates
Led by the former Warlord, Donquixote Doflamingo, the Donquixote Pirates were the major antagonists of the Dressrosa arc. The Donquixote Pirates ruled over Dressrosa until the Straw Hats defeated all of them.
It was the first real test that the Straw Hats faced in the New World. The Donquixote Pirates were ruthless in their approach and once their cover was blown, they were treated with distance. The crew has a combined bounty of 813,000,000 beris.
New Collective Bounty: The crew was disbanded after the defeat of their captain in the Dressrosa arc. With Doflamingo still locked inside Impel Down, it doesn't seem that the crew will ever get back together.
11 Kuja Pirates

The Kuja Pirates are one of the most well-known crews in the world. They are led by the Pirate Empress, Boa Hancock. The crew's base is Amazon Lily, an island in the Calm Belt, which keeps them safe from the threat of other pirates. The Kuja are known for their Haki and some of the members have been seen using its advanced forms.
The top three fighters in the crew are the Gorgon Sisters. They are the only known Kuja members, who possess devil fruits. As the leader of the crew, Boa Hancock has incredible strength, and she is capable of fighting Marine Vice-Admirals and other strong pirates with ease. Her strength has been acknowledged by the likes of Blackbeard and Sengoku. The overall bounty of the crew is 1,739,000,000 beris.
10 Heart Pirates
The Heart Pirates have been heavily involved in the last few arcs. The crew is captained by Trafalgar Law, who is one of the strongest super-rookies. The Heart Pirates formed an alliance with the Straw Hats in order to take down Kaido, one of the Yonko.
The crew has several strong members— Law, Bepo, Sachi, and Penguin. The crew has a combined bounty of 500,000,500 beris. Law has a bounty of 500,000,000 and Bepo's bounty is 500 beris, as he's mistaken for a pet.
New Collective Bounty: Trafalgar Law was one of the main figures involved in the war that took place on Onigashima. Before the arc, Law had very little success in fights against the big-time pirates, so there was a great amount of pressure on him to perform. Thankfully, he managed to bring down Big Mom, albeit he did require help from Eustass Kid. The World Government increased Law's bounty to 3,000,000,000 beris, which brings the crew's total to 3,000,000,500 beris.
9 Kid Pirates
The Kid Pirates are captained by the notorious Eustass Kid, one of the members of the Worst Generation. The Kid Pirates are one of the many pirate crews that are involved in the massive war in the Wano Country arc, which involves some of the strongest pirates in the world.
The Kid Pirates are one of the few crews that have more than one member of the Worst Generation. They have a bounty of 670,000,000beris.
New Collective Bounty: Eustass Kid and his right-hand man, Killer proved their mettle during the raid on Onigashima. Kid teamed up with Law to take down Big Mom while Killer defeated Hawkins. The new bounty of the crew is 3,200,000,000 beris.
8 Buggy Pirates
The Buggy Pirates are led by Yonko, Buggy, who has made a solid reputation due to several misunderstandings. This gag started in the Impel Down arc when Luffy was trying to break Ace out. The other prisoners followed Buggy and because of several incidents, they became his devout followers.
After the time-skip, Buggy was given the title of a Shichibukai, which enabled him to recruit stronger pirates to work under him. Buggy's reputation only managed to rise further, and it reached the point where he was named one of the Yonko along with Luffy, Shanks, and Blackbeard. The change in his status and the wrong fliers sent by his underlings resulted in Buggy receiving a bounty of 3,189,000,000 beris. The combined bounty of the Buggy Pirates is 3,320,000,000 beris.
7 Blackbeard Pirates
One of the rapidly improving pirate crews in the world, the Blackbeard Pirates will be the final opponents of the Straw Hats. They were responsible for the death of Whitebeard and dealing severe damage to the Marine HQ.
The pirate crew is led by Marshall D. Teach, also known as, Blackbeard. After Blackbeard raided Impel Down, he added several notorious pirates to his crew. Currently, the crew has a total bounty of 2,497,800,000 beris with Blackbeard having a bounty of 2,247,600,000 beris.
New Collective Bounty: The Blackbeard Pirates are among the strongest pirate crews in the world. They are on the hunt for powerful devil fruits, and they have managed to get their hands on two new devil fruits already. Blackbeard's bounty has gone up, which brings the crew's bounty to 4,194,200,000 beris.
6 ​​​Red Hair Pirates
The Red Hair Pirates are one of the Yonko crews, and they are captained by Shanks. The crew rose through the ranks at a fast pace and was acknowledged as one of the strongest crews in the entire world.

Undoubtedly, the most notorious pirate crew ever, the Roger Pirates were led by the Pirate King, Gol D. Roger. It is the only known crew that managed to sail to the very end of the New World and reach Laugh Tale. The World Government considered the Roger Pirates as the biggest threat to their power.
The Roger Pirates had several strong members— Roger, Silvers Rayleigh, Scopper Gaban, Kozuki Oden, etc. So far only the bounty of Gol D. Roger has been revealed. His bounty of 5,564,800,000 beris is the highest known bounty in the series.
New Collective Bounty: Most of the members of the Roger Pirates hold legendary status in the world of One Piece. Unfortunately, only the bounty of their captain has been disclosed, albeit there is no doubt that the bounties of the top officers will be revealed in the future.
4 Whitebeard Pirates
The Whitebeard Pirates were led by their captain, Whitebeard and under his guidance, they became one of the most powerful pirate crews in the world. They were fierce rivals with the Roger Pirates and over the years, the two crews developed a mutual respect for each other.
It is fair to say that the crew was on par with the Roger Pirates and they posed a major threat to the World Government. The Whitebeard Pirates have a bounty of 7,480,000,000 beris.
New Collective Bounty: After being defeated in the Payback War, the Whitebeard Pirates disbanded and spread all over the Grand Line. It does not seem that the crew will ever get back together, and unless Oda reveals the bounty of the former members, there will not be a change in the crew's bounty.
3 Straw Hat Pirates
The Straw Hat Pirates are the main characters in the series. The crew is led by Monkey D. Luffy, who dreams of becoming the Pirate King. The crew has faced many stern tests so far and they have shown no signs of stopping.
The crew has a total bounty of 3,161,000,100 beris, with Luffy possessing a bounty of 1,500,000,000 beris and Jimbei coming second with a bounty of 438,000,000 beris.
New Collective Bounty: The Straw Hats were involved in all the major events that took place in the Wano Country arc, due to which the World Government increased the bounty of all the crew members. The new overall bounty of Straw Hat Pirates is 8,816,001,000 beris.
2 Big Mom Pirates
The Big Mom Pirates are captained by Charlotte Linkin, better known as, Big Mom. The crew acted as the main antagonists of the Whole Cake Island arc, and the Straw Hats were fortunate to escape from Big Mom's territory alive.
The crew is mainly made up of Big Mom's children and they hold all the major positions within the crew. The Big Mom Pirates have a total bounty of 10,121,500,000 beris. Big Mom's own bounty is 4,388,000,000 beris and her son, the strongest Sweet Commander, Katakuri comes in second with a bounty of 1,057,000,000 beris.
New Collective Bounty: The fall of Big Mom means that the crew is without a captain to lead them, although it seems very likely that Charlotte Katakuri might become the new captain. Since the crew is no longer led by a Yonko, there is a chance that they might be captured by the Marines.
1 Animal Kingdom Pirates
Led by the Strongest Creature in the World, Kaido, the Beasts Pirates are arguably the most notorious pirate group in the world. The crew has tons of strong fighters that have ridiculously high bounties.
The three All-Stars are Kaido's strongest fighters and they are armed with ancient zoan-type devil fruits. Furthermore, the crew also has Tobi Roppo, Headliners, Gifters, Pleasures, Waiters, Numbers, and Marys. The Animal Kingdom Pirates are the main antagonists of the Wano Country arc. So far, the crew has amassed an insanely high bounty of 11,179,100,000 beris. In the crew, Kaido has the highest bounty of 4,611,100,000 beris followed by King who has a bounty of 1,390,000,000 beris.
New Collective Bounty: With the defeat of Kaido, the Animal Kingdom Pirates will probably never recover, and they will very likely disband. The crew's failure means that they do not get an improved bounty.
