The seas of OnePiece are dominated by four very powerful pirates known as the Yonko. Every Yonko possesses an unreal amount of strength, and they are feared throughout the world. Kaido is one of the Yonko and the main antagonist of the manga and anime's Wano Country arc.
Also known as the Strongest Creature Alive, Kaido possesses incredible physical strength. Kaido's incredible durable body has allowed him to survive several executions. Only a handful of characters in One Piece have actually managed to hurt Kaido in a fight, which just shows how resilient he is.

He can be hurt by attacks and defeated, however, injuring Kaido requires very refined Haki and only a handful of characters have shown an elite level of Haki so far in the series. So, we have added more characters who are capable of injuring Kaido in a fight.
14 Monkey D. Garp
Monkey D. Garp is undoubtedly the strongest Marine in history. He was the only Marine, who was known to have cornered the Pirate King, Gol D. Roger on numerous occasions, which is not an ordinary feat by any means.
Garp was able to defeat Chinjao, a pirate with a bounty of 500 million beris with just a single punch. Furthermore, Garp was able to flatten mountains with his Haki-clad fists. It would not be a surprise if Garp would have wounded Kaido in the past.
13 Izo
Izo is the former 16th Division Commander of the Whitebeard Pirates. Like all the rest members of the Whitebeard Pirates, Izo participated in the Summit War, and he managed to live through the war.
Izo made his return during the Wano Country arc, where he joined Kin'emon in their fight against Kaido. Izo along with the rest of the Scabbards managed to pierce Kaido's nigh impenetrable skin, which left the Yonko in a considerable amount of pain.
12 Blackbeard
Blackbeard is one of the Yonko and the captain of the Blackbeard Pirates. He rose to the position of the Yonko in a very short period and one of the main reasons for his rise is his devil fruit ability. Blackbeard is the only character who is armed with two devil fruits.
One is the Yami Yami no Mi, which nullifies the effects of other devil fruits and the second is the Gura Gura no Mi, which allows him to create quakes. With two powerful abilities, Blackbeard is capable of causing significant damage to any character, including Kaido.
11 Silvers Rayleigh
Silvers Rayleigh used to be the right-hand man of Gol D. Roger. He is nothing short of a legend in the OnePiece world. Rayleigh is among the few characters who are capable of using all three types of Haki.
Furthermore, Rayleigh taught Luffy how to use Haki properly, and he also taught him about Advanced Observation Haki. Even in his old age, Rayleigh is very strong as he was able to fight against Kizaru without any problems. The Navy Admiral even stated that he needed backup to catch Rayleigh. It is plausible to assume that Rayleigh is capable of wounding Kaido in a fight.
10 Rocks D. Xebec
Rocks D. Xebec was the legendary captain of the Rocks Pirates, arguably the strongest pirate crew of all time. The crew included the likes of Whitebeard, Shiki, Big Mom, and even Kaido. It is undeniable that the crew's strength was really incredible.
Rocks' true strength is unknown, but he was considered a very dangerous opponent by the World Government. Such was his power that the Marines led by Garp had to form a coalition with the Roger Pirates to bring down Xebec and his crew.
9 Shanks
Shanks is one of the Yonko and the captain of the Red Hair Pirates. Shanks has a significant role in the story as he was the man, who inspired Luffy to become a pirate.
Shanks has clashed against Kaido when the latter tried to reach Marineford. It is very likely that Shanks would be able to injure Kaido in this battle. Also, Shanks is one of the few people that Kaido believes is capable of fighting him.
8 Whitebeard
While he was still alive, Whitebeard held the title of the "Strongest Man Alive." Armed with the extraordinarily powerful Gura Gura no Mi, Whitebeard had enough strength to destroy the entire world, a fact admitted by Sengoku and Garp.
Whitebeard was one of the few characters who was a match for the Pirate King, Gol D. Roger. There's no doubt that someone who could compete against Roger could've easily wounded Kaido.
7 Monkey D. Luffy
Luffy is the captain of the Straw Hat Pirates and One Piece's iconic protagonist. After his heroics during the Whole Cake Island arc, Luffy's bounty increased to a total of 1,500,000,000 beris, one of the highest active bounties in the series.
After being beaten by Kaido in Kuri, Luffy learned to use Ryou and Advanced Conqueror's Haki. With his newly learned abilities, Luffy was finally able to injure Kaido in a battle.
6 Gol D. Roger
Gol D. Roger is without a doubt the greatest pirate to ever exist in One Piece's world. He was the first person to travel to the final island, which he would name Laugh Tale. The voyage essentially confirmed Roger's status as the Pirate King.
There were only a handful of characters who could put up a fight against Roger. Roger's feats are incredible — he was able to take down Xebec and also defeat Shiki's armada, just to name a few of his accomplishments. He was proficient at using Advanced Conqueror's Haki and injuring Kaido would have been very easy for him. For comparison, Oden was easily able to overwhelm Kaido, but he couldn't even graze Roger.
5 Kozuki Oden
Kozuki Oden served as the Second Division Commander of the Whitebeard Pirates before leaving to join Roger on his adventure. Oden was a very strong character, and he was able to fight against the likes of Whitebeard and Roger.
Oden faced Kaido in Wano and gave him a huge scar. Oden's swordsmanship combined with his Haki was enough to bring down Kaido to his knees. He would have finished Kaido if he wasn't distracted by Kurozumi Higurashi.
4 Roronoa Zoro
One of the strongest fighters in the Straw Hat Pirates, Roronoa Zoro is a rare example of a character who can use all three types of Haki. This makes it extremely difficult for anyone to compete against Zoro.
During the Wano Country arc, Zoro received a major powerup in the form of Enma, Oden's prized sword. The sword is capable of drawing out an individual's Haki. With the help of the sword, Zoro managed to leave a mark on Kaido's durable skin.
3 The Nine Red Scabbards
The Nine Red Scabbards are Kozuki Oden's most loyal disciples, and their leader is Kin'emon. They cared about Oden more than anything else, however, they were betrayed by Kanjuro. This didn't stop the rest of the Scabbards from charging into Onigashima and attacking Kaido.
All eight Scabbards managed to pierce Kaido's skin, which shows that each one of them had a high level of Ryou.
2 Big Mom
The captain of the Big Mom Pirates, Big Mom rules over Totto Land with her children. The main villain of One Piece's Whole Cake Island arc, Big Mom possesses the Soru Soru no Mi, which allows her to steal the souls of other people. She can use her own life to boost the power of her abilities.
Big Mom was able to match Kaido's strength when the two clashed on Onigashima, serving as a clear indication that she can easily hurt him in a serious fight.
1 Yamato
The child of Kaido, Yamato debuted during the Wano Country arc. Yamato possesses the Inu Inu no Mi, Model: Okuchi no Makami, a mythical zoan type devil fruit. Yamato is able to use all three types of Haki, allowing the character to injure Kaido.
Yamato was able to combine the Inu Inu no Mi, Model: Okuchi no Makami devil fruit with Advanced Haki, enabling the character to hold their ground against Kaido.
