Dragon's goal led him to start the Freedom Fighters, an organization intent on changing the world. However, it didn't take long for him to realize that his peaceful ways were not sustainable and would be too time-consuming.

Dragon's powers remain unknown, but it is implied that he is a strong fighter. Dragon has the power and support that a person needs to become a Yonko. Had he decided to become a full-time pirate, it wouldn't have been a problem for him to join the Yonko.
