Conqueror's Haki, also known as the Color of the Supreme King, is the strongest type of Haki that only a handful of people in the One Piece world are born with. Conqueror's Haki allows the user to impose their willpower on others, knocking them out in the process. Advanced mastery of this skill allows the user to infuse themselves with the Color of the Supreme King and gain the ability to increase their offensive and defensive capabilities by an incredible amount.
Only a handful of people in One Piece are known to possess Conqueror's Haki, however, there are several characters in the story who can awaken to this ability in the future.
10 Koby
Koby is a member of the SWORD unit of the Marines and he has incredible potential. Being the protege of Garp, Koby is going to become huge in the future. He aims to become an Admiral of the Navy and has already earned the title of the hero of the Marines.
His mentor, Garp, possesses Conqueror's Haki and is a very effective user of its advanced forms as well. While Koby does not have the power to use Conqueror's Haki at the moment, he can certainly awaken it in the future.
9 Trafalgar Law
Trafalgar Law is one of the Worst Generation pirates and among the strongest that belong to this group. He has a 3 Billion Beri bounty on his head, which is an indication of how strong he truly is. Law has certainly got the makings of a King and he has proven this by playing a part in defeating Big Mom.
While Law does not have the power to use Conqueror's Haki at the moment, he can certainly gain this ability in the future.
8 Usopp
Usop is the sniper of the Straw Hat Pirates and a part of the weakling trio, likely the weakest of the lot. Usopp is, often, very cowardly, however, ironically, his dream is to become a brave warrior of the Sea.
Usopp Is also a big liar, however, funnily enough, most of his lies end up coming true. He has joked about his Conqueror's Haki quite a few times and it wouldn't be a surprise to see him gain this power in the future.
7 Momonosuke and Hiyori
Momonosuke and Hiyori are the children of Kozuki Oden and Toki. Both of these children are incredible in their own ways. Momonosuke possesses terrific abilities up his sleeve and his fighting powers are worthy of him being the Shogun of Wano. Meanwhile, Hiyori has an unwavering spirit and her willpower was strong enough to withstand 20 long years of torture.
At the same time, Hiyori is someone who doesn't abate in front of anyone, which just goes to show that she has the true makings of an Empress. Both of these characters have the potential to unlock Conqueror's Haki in the future and it shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone if they do.
6 Sabo
Sabo is the Chief of Staff of the Revolutionary Army and currently, he's one of the most wanted men in the One Piece world. He is known as the Flame Emperor and, as mentioned in the story recently, his fame has even surpassed that of Dragon.
Sabo holds tremendous significance in the story and, given the importance of the position that he handles, having Conqueror's Haki is the bare minimum. In the future, fans can certainly expect to see him awaken this power.
5 S-Snake
S-Snake is one of the Seraphims that were created by Dr. Vegapunk using the Lineage Factor of Boa Hancock. Fans know Hancock to be a user of all three types of Haki. It is unknown if the Seraphims can use Haki at this point in time, however, there is no reason for them to not be able to grasp this skill as well.
It must be remembered that the Seraphims were created to be the strongest of all humans and that certainly means that they have the potential to use Haki as well. If they do awaken to Haki, fans can expect S-Snake to be a user of Conqueror's Haki as well.
4 Shirahoshi
Shirahoshi is the Princess of Fishman Island and Poseidon reborn. As an Ancient Weapon, she is tremendously powerful, easily among the strongest beings to ever exist. Shirahoshi possesses the ability to use Haki, as she definitely does have access to Observation Haki.
Given that she comes from an exalted bloodline and is the Mermaid Princess, with the powers of Poseidon, Shirahoshi can certainly awaken Conqueror's Haki in the future.
3 Nami
Nami is the navigator of the Straw Hat Crew and while she does not have access to any form of Haki, she is special in her own ways. Oda has also teased her having Conqueror's Haki recently, especially after the war of Wano wrapped up and the Straw Hat Crew left the country.
While Nami is a part of the Weakling Trio as well, when push comes to shove, she isn't scared to show her indomitable willpower and her belief in her crewmates. Nami could end up having Conqueror's Haki in the future and it would make perfect sense, given that she too has an indomitable will.
2 Sanji
Sanji is one of the likeliest characters to gain Conqueror's Haki in the future. To begin with, Sanji comes from a kingdom that used to rule the North Blue long ago in the past. Sanji is royalty and one of the princes of the Vinsmoke Family, which means that King's blood runs through his veins, as much as he doesn't like it.
Being from the Germa Kingdom means Sanji has the makings of a King and the fact that he was deemed a failure while, in reality, he ended up becoming the strongest of all the members of the Germa Kingdom just goes to show that he is the one most worthy of being the King of germa kingdom, regardless of whether he will do that in the future. Sanji is exceptionally powerful as well and his willpower is nothing to be scoffed at. In the future, he can certainly gain Conqueror's Haki.
1 Buggy
Buggy is a character who has continuously failed upwards in One Piece. Currently, he's among the Four Emperors of the Sea and has a bounty of 3.189 billion batteries. Much to the surprise of the fans, Buggy has incredible ambition and wants to become the Pirate King by finding the One Piece.
In fact, his ambition puts even that of Mihawk and Crocodile to shame, who only have small-time goals and don't really care about the big picture. Buggy's ambition and desire are great enough to see him gain Conqueror's Haki in the future.
