7 Kizaru
An Experienced Admiral
Kizaru is one of the oldest Marines in the series. He has a great deal of experience, making him one of the most dangerous characters in One Piece. Kizaru has the Pika Pika no Mi, a Logia-type Devil Fruit that allows him to create and manipulate light at will. Kizaru is also able to use two types of Haki, and he has excellent control over both.

5 Fujitora
