Devil Fruit: Hito Hito no Mi, Model Daibutsu
The former fleet Admiral of the Marines, Sengoku is a character who might already have an awakened Devil Fruit. Fans know him to possess the powers of the Hito Hito no Mi, model: Daibutsu. This is a very powerful Devil Fruit, as fans saw in Marineford, and it lets them produce shockwaves from the palms of their hands.
This is quite an impressive Devil Fruit and, someone as strong as Sengoku, who was in the same league as the likes of Roger and Garp, would certainly have it in him to awaken a Devil Fruit.
6 Crocodile
Devil Fruit: Suna Suna no Mi
Crocodile is currently a member of the Cross Guild and was formerly the leader of the Baroque Works. He is a pirate who has acquired a bounty of 1.965 billion batteries, which is nothing short of extraordinary. Crocodile has the powers of the Suna Suna no Mi. In fact, he's one of the fighters and the One Piece world who rely quite a lot on their Devil Fruit ability.
Crocodile has already dropped many hints about having taken his Devil Fruit powers to the next level. He is certainly a very strong contender for characters who might already have awakened Devil Fruits.
5 Boa Hancock
Devil Fruit: Mero Mero no Mi
The Pirate Empress, Boa Hancock is a character whose strength isn't just for show. Hancock has a bounty of 1.659 billion berries and this figure could go even higher as the story progresses. Hancock has the power of the Mero Mero no Mi, using which she can turn to stone anyone who is charmed by her or, even inanimate objects or those ineffective by her beauty in other ways.
This Devil Fruit is quite dangerous and so strong that even Blackbeard himself sought it out. Given how strong Hancock is and the fact that she has held this ability for years, she could easily have awakened it.
4 Sakazuki
Devil Fruit: Magu Magu no Mi
Fleet Admiral Sakazuki is one of the major antagonists in One Piece and certainly among the strongest characters as well. In the Final Saga, he is sure to play a big role. When it comes to Devil Fruit abilities, Sakazuki certainly has one of the strongest up his sleeve. He has the power of the Magu Magu no Mi, which is believed to be a Devil Fruit with the highest order of offensive ability.

3 Blackbeard
Devil Fruits: Yami Yami No Mi and Gura Gura No Mi
One of the Four Emperors of the Sea, Blackbeard is a monstrously powerful pirate with a bounty of 3.996 billion berries. He is so strong that he has access to two different Devil Fruit powers. With his Yami Yami no Mi, he can control darkness and take away other people's Devil Fruit powers.
With his Gura Gura no Mi, he can utilize quakes that can sink entire islands within the blink of an eye. Blackbeard is one of the major antagonists in One Piece and, for a character such as him, having awakened Devil Fruits is not a surprise at all.

The Five Elders were recently revealed in One Piece to be major antagonists and, one of them, Saint Saturn, has already played a significant role in the Egghead arc. Saturn has already revealed his tremendous powers and, it is clear for the fans to see that his Devil Fruit powers are Awakened.
Similar to him, other members of the Five Elders are most definitely going to have awakened Devil Fruits as well and fans absolutely cannot wait to see what they have in store.
1 Imu
Devil Fruit: Unknown
The sovereign of the entire world, Imu is one of the most mysterious as well as most powerful individuals in the One Piece world. While they were believed to be without much power until recently, in the Final Saga, Imu showcased their incredible power. It is unknown as to what ability Imu possesses exactly.
However, if Imu’s underlings, such as the Five Elders, have awakened Devil Fruit powers, then there is no doubting to fact that Imu themselves will have an Awakened Devil Fruit as well. As to what the ability is exactly, fans do not know and will have to wait to find out.
