Saint Saturn's Haki types are unknown at the moment, however, at the very least, he does possess Armament and Observation Haki. While unconfirmed, he most likely has the ability to infuse Conqueror's Haki as well. Similarly, all the other Gorosei likely have these powers too.

Garp, also known as the Hero of the Marines, is one of the most powerful individuals in the One Piece world. Garp does not possess any Devil Fruit and simply relies on the power of his Haki.
He is a user of all three Haki types and he can use two of them at an advanced level. Garp can infuse Conqueror's Haki into his attacks and even use advanced great Armament Haki.
