There are few better anime series than One Piece. The anime has a reputation for being extremely long-running, having first premiered in 1997 and still being broadcast today. The manga and anime series chronicles the adventures of Monkey D. Luffy and the Straw Hat Pirates. The Straw Hat Pirates are one of several pirate groups scouring the Grand Line for the One Piece, Pirate King Gol D. Roger's ultimate treasure.

Due to the series' massive popularity, multiple video games based on the series have been developed, each focusing on a different cast of characters from One Piece. Even fewer of the many characters depicted in One Piece games are exclusive to the games, and even fewer make an impact so strong that they are remembered. Still, iconic characters from the One Piece series that are only seen in video game adaptations do exist.

7 Colossus (One Piece Odyssey)

Colossi in One Piece Odyssey are powerful beings who specialize in one element. The Colossi represent the elements of fire, wind, lightning, and ice. These monsters are huge and incredibly tough, making them a challenge for gamers. The fights against the Colossi are some of the most challenging boss fights in One Piece Odyssey.

Defending the legendary Divine Breath, the Colossi are beloved game characters as they pose a challenge to players while giving players the feel of an antagonist that can only be encountered in specific One Piece games.

6 Evil Guardian (One Piece: Unlimited Adventure)

Evil Guardian from One Piece: Unlimited Adventure

The Evil Guardian is an embodiment of evil whose only goal in life is destruction, as his name suggests. First a statue of the island's Guardian god, he took corporeal form as a result of the people of the island thinking evil and hateful thoughts.

One Piece: Unlimited Adventure depicts the Evil Guardian, a formidable foe, as the game's final enemy. When he dwells on his hatred and animosity toward others, he gains strength. In contrast to other One Piece anime series villains like Doflamingo and Sir Crocodile, the Evil Guardian has no sympathetic past or complex master plan. Nonetheless, he is a fascinating protagonist because of the difficulty portrayed by his single, all-consuming goal of destruction.

5 Roule (One Piece: World Seeker)

Roulee and Law

Throughout the One Piece anime series, viewers see that Trafalgar Law is not the kind to quickly make friends. But Roule was someone he knew and respected for his drive and determination. Young Roule is a hero in the One Piece game World Seeker. The fact that he despises pirates made him initially suspicious and contemptuous of Law, but after a few clashes, he learned to like the Worst Generation pirate.

Following Law's lead, Roule travels to the Sky Islands, which are located above Jail Island. The two become close as they explore the world together and discover who they are while meeting many admirals from the Navy's past and present.

4 Adio Suerte (One Piece Odyssey)

Adio Suerte Staring

Adio, the main antagonist of the video game One Piece Odyssey, has a body type not dissimilar to that of Goku from Dragon Ball Z. Strange things happen to Adio in the One Piece games. His history is mostly unknown, yet he poses a tremendous threat to the World Government. Few characters in the One Piece anime series are as dangerous as Adio, who has a bounty of two billion berries.

Adio can manipulate inanimate objects with the help of his Kote Kote no Mi Paramecia devil fruit. Adio is seen as a major threat, not just because of his formidable fighting skills, but also because of his familiarity with the ancient weapon, Divine Breath.

3 Rocky Hattari (One Piece: Treasure Battle!)

Even though Rocky isn't the best fighter, he still manages to affect the outcome of One Piece: Treasure Battle! The Grand Line serves as the setting for a spectacular battle for treasure in this game. Rocky Hattari, a reporter for the Blueberry Times, covers the events surrounding the clash for treasure. As shown in the game, Rocky is both a good musician and a hardworking journalist.

Rocky is a skilled guitarist, and frequently uses his music as a weapon to taunt foes he has defeated in challenges. Additionally, he uses his guitar as an axe in battle. While the more timid Usopp would never dare challenge someone like Smoker or Luffy, Rocky isn't above thinking he can take them on. Despite Rocky's harsh and crass statements, he and Luffy came to appreciate each other. Luffy was impressed by Rocky's enormous confidence in himself and his ability.

2 Patrick Redfield (One Piece: Unlimited World Red)

There are as many villains in the One Piece anime as there are games. Patrick Redfield, aka Red the Aloof, stands out for a number of reasons. One Piece manga author Eiichiro Oda created the character Red for the video game One Piece: Unlimited World Red. Sengoku also claimed that at his peak, Red was stronger than both Whitebeard and Gol D. Roger combined.

There aren't many One Piece characters who are rumored to have taken on Whitebeard and Gol D. Roger by themselves. When fans consider that Eiichiro Oda was the one who conceptualized Red, they can see why he's so appealing. Batto Batto no Mi, Model: Vampire, a non-canon zoan mythological devil fruit, is also in Red's possession.

1 Jeanne (One Piece: World Seeker)

Protective of his trademark straw hat, Luffy has never let it out of his sight. Trust and affection are sometimes expressed by placing it on another person's head or giving it to them for safekeeping. Despite Jeanne's game-only status, Luffy places his straw hat on her head as a sign of his unwavering trust in her.

One Piece: World Seeker features a key character named Jeanne. Even though her mother was killed by pirates, she is a good person who befriends the pirates who are not actively antagonistic toward her. Jeanne, as the Anti-Marines' leader, has access to sensitive information and strives to mediate confrontations when they arise. As an interesting side note, Jeanne's brother Isaac is the main villain in One Piece: World Seeker.
