Nintendo and Game Freak released Pokemon Legends: Arceus over a month ago and Pokemon fans continue to discover hidden details, fill in their Pokedex, and create unique items inspired by the game. Joining others in unique art projects, one Pokemon Legends: Arceus fan has made a real-life version of the game's Pokedex in celebration of the spin-off Pokemon title.

Reddit user Whengeekscraft recently posted their physical version of the Pokemon Legends: Arceus Pokedex, particularly focusing on its blue cover and the Gyarados page. Similar to the Pokedex in Pokemon Legends: Arceus, the cover is padded a blue color with fabric, and its binding ties the pages together with a notably large knotted rope. The corners of the real-life version of the Pokedex are also tipped with bronze protectors, while the name of the book shares a similar font to Pokemon Legends: Arceus.

The Gyarados page of Whengeekscraft's Pokemon Legends: Arceus Pokedex fittingly features a hand-drawn image of the Pokemon that's glued to the paper with silver corners. In Pokemon Legends: Arceus, Gyarados is number 81 and just like the other Pokemon in the game, trainers will have to complete various Research Tasks to finish the corresponding Pokemon's entry.

Akin to its Pokemon Legends: Arceus counterpart, Whengeekscraft's real-life Pokedex includes the description of Gyarados underneath it next to its Research Level. On the same page, Whengeekscraft has noted Gyarados' preferred foods when trying to catch one and the items that the Pokemon typically carries. Gyarados' combination of Water and Flying-typing is portrayed on the Pokedex page alongside the description of the Atrocious Pokemon and its weight and length.

Pokemon Legends: Arceus returned fans to the Sinnoh region from the fourth generation of Pokemon, but due to a time shift it's known as Hisui. Because of the earlier era of Pokemon represented in Pokemon Legends: Arceus, the Pokedex represents a realistic item compared to the other titles in the series with a focus on filling pages of a book.

Just as they would in Pokemon Legends: Arceus, Whengeekscraft filled the pages of their real-life version of the game's Pokedex in an effort to effectively reflect a Pokemon item to show visitors their love of the new game. The combination of its hand-crafted nature and information ripped straight from Pokemon Legends: Arceus shows the lengthy amount of time that Whengeekscraft's real-life Pokemon Legends: Arceus Pokedex. It's currently unclear whether Whengeekscraft will sell copies of the Hisui region Pokedex, but several fans have sent them requests and some have noted The Pokemon Company may benefit from making similar physical items.

Pokemon Legends: Arceus is available now for Nintendo Switch.
