Nintendo recently launched its Nintendo Switch Online Expansion Pack, which gives players access to Nintendo 64 and Sega Genesis games if they're willing to spend $50 per year instead of the usual $20. There are nine Nintendo 64 games available for the Nintendo Switch Online Expansion Pack at launch, though Nintendo has made it clear that it has plans to expand the service in the future. Now dataminers have potentially leaked some of the Nintendo 64 games in store for the Switch Online Expansion Pack.

As shared by MondaMega on Twitter, dataminers have found evidence that there could be at least 38 Nintendo 64 games added to the Nintendo Switch Online Expansion Pack by the time it's all said and done. Datamining evidence suggests that not only will this include previously confirmed games like The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask, but also titles like Wave Race, the N64 Mario Party trilogy of games, and the original Super Smash Bros.

So far, Nintendo has confirmed seven additional Nintendo 64 games that are coming to the Switch Online Expansion Pack in future updates. Besides the aforementioned The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask, Nintendo Switch Online Expansion Pack subscribers can look forward to the addition of Banjo-Kazooie, F-Zero X, Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards, Mario Golf, Paper Mario, and Pokemon Snap. Wave Race, Mario Party, and Super Smash Bros. haven't been confirmed, but considering their popularity, one has to imagine that their debut on the Nintendo Switch Online Expansion Pack is just a matter of time.

The datamining efforts have also found evidence of more Sega Genesis games coming to the Nintendo Switch Online Expansion Pack in future updates. According to dataminers, it's possible that a whopping 52 Sega Genesis games could be coming to the Nintendo Switch Online Expansion Pack in future.

It must be stressed that none of this has been announced in an official capacity, so fans should take this information with a grain of salt. Nintendo has not confirmed if any additional Sega Genesis games are coming to the Nintendo Switch Online Expansion Pack or not, and so it's better to keep one's expectations in check.

While Nintendo clearly has plans to bring more games to the Nintendo Switch Online Expansion Pack in future updates, one has to wonder if any updates will address criticisms that the service has received. Some fans have complained about Nintendo Switch Online Expansion Pack games being laggy, and others have asked for the ability to remap Nintendo 64 game controls. Nintendo has not responded to these criticisms yet, so it's possible that nothing will be done, though fans will just have to stay tuned.
