Even though E3 2020 is canceled, companies like Microsoft and Nintendo are still expected to hold digital presentations around the same time to showcase upcoming new games. Now a new "leak" claims to reveal Nintendo's plans for a June 2020 Nintendo Direct presentation, though fans should take the information with a massive grain of salt.

This leak originates from 4chan, which has actually been the source of some legitimate Nintendo leaks in the past. In fact, there was a massive Pokemon Sword and Shield leak that originated on 4chan that had every single claim it made proven true. Even so, "leaks" like this are almost always more likely to be fake than legitimate, so fans should keep that in mind before getting too worked up about any of the claims.

According to the leak, more Super Mario LEGO sets will be revealed, along with WarioWare: Switch It Up!, the Arms Super Smash Bros. Ultimate character (said to be Spring Man, Ribbon Girl, Ninjara, and MinMin in a "Koopalings situation"), the rumored Super Mario HD bundle, Super Mario 3D World Deluxe with Waluigi and Toadette, the new Paper Mario Switch game, Pikmin 3 Switch port with a Pikmin 4 confirmation, the announcement of F-Zero: Turbo, a Rare Replay port, Donkey Kong Country games for Switch Online, Geno as a Super Smash Bros. Ultimate fighter, and the reveal of a Super Mario RPG remake.

Again, fans should take this information with a massive grain of salt, though there is likely truth to some of the claims. The new Paper Mario game has been leaked by far more reputable sources, as has the Super Mario HD bundle and Super Mario 3D World Deluxe. It would actually be somewhat surprising to not see these games announced come Nintendo's expected June 2020 Direct presentation.

The most suspect claim in the leak is the supposed Rare Replay port for the Nintendo Switch. Microsoft and Nintendo seem to have a good relationship, what with Banjo-Kazooie coming to Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, but a Rare Replay port still seems unlikely. It would mean that a variety of Xbox exclusives, like Viva Pinata, Kameo: Elements of Power, Perfect Dark Zero, and more would come to the Switch, which seems highly unlikely.

Like with any leak, fans should treat the information here with skepticism and wait for some information from Nintendo itself.
