Ever since it launched back in the summer of 2020, the free-to-play multiplayer action game, Ninjala, has managed to reach over six million downloads and has collaborated with many different video game properties, like Sonic the Hedgehog for example.

The development team has been consistently adding new content for players to sink their teeth into and now the team has another new announcement to share with players, and fans of Capcom's Monster Hunter series should be excited. The next major event collab will cross over with the action-RPG series to coincide with Monster Hunter Rise's recent Switch launch.

The Monster Hunter collab event will run from April 27, 2021, until May 26, 2021, and there are a ton of new items and features coming as well. There will be a new "Collab Gacha" feature and some new avatar items that come straight from Monster Hunter. There's a Hamura style, Rathalos style, and an Aknosom style that can be obtained via the game's gumball machine.

Ninjala will also be adding in new collab emotes inspired by Monster Hunter, such as a BBQ Success pose, a BBQ Fail pose, and a weapon sharpening one. Alongside those, there are also new decorations based around Monster Hunter Rise's Palicoes and Palamutes, and there's even a t-shirt with the game's logo on the front of it.

Surely, if any Ninjala player is a fan of Monster Hunter, then this event seems worth checking out, at least for a little bit. Even though Ninjala is a free-to-play title with microtransactions, there's plenty of fun to be had without even having to pay a single dollar.

Ninjala is now available as a free-to-download title exclusively for the Nintendo Switch.
