The sequel also brings with it characters and franchises that players sorely missed. All Returning NASB2 Characters

Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2 SpongeBob
  • SpongeBob: SpongeBob is to Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl as Mario is to Super Smash Bros. The iconic SpongeBob SquarePants returns to Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2 as an all-rounder, ready for anyone to pick up and play.
  • Patrick: Patrick also makes his return in NASB2 as a classic heavy grappler with powerful and hard-hitting moves.
  • Aang: Aang is a light and nimble fighter returning to the NASB series. Rather than being limited to his Airbending as he was in the first game, Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2 sees Aang as a fully realized Avatar with a fresh new moveset involving his mastery over all four elements.
  • Korra: Aang's successor Korra also returns to the brawl as an up-close fighter focused on punches, kicks, and a wide range of elementally-charged attacks.
  • Lucy Loud: Lucy Loud of The Loud House returns from the first Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl with all the same trickery of her highly technical moveset and various Scare Modes.
  • April O'Neil: April O'Neil makes her return as the same glass-cannon brawler she was in the previous game. Players will also see the return of her Ratings Meter that they can charge for a powerful burst.
  • Ren & Stimpy: The zany duo of Ren & Stimpy join the roster once again, this time with a completely revamped moveset focused on defensive mobility and area control.
  • Zim: Zim returns to the roster in Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2 with his alien technology and Gir in tow. It has yet to be revealed if his moveset will be similar to the first game.
  • Reptar: Reptar joins the roster as another veteran addition to NASB2. The Rugrats cereal mascot is just as slow and hard-hitting as he was in Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl.
  • Nigel Thornberry: The inquisitive Nigel Thornberry returns to Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2 with a new set of animal-inspired moves. In this sequel, he has also become the lightest character in the game.
  • Danny Phantom: Danny Phantom makes his way back into the lineup in Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2. Official media has not commented or highlighted any changes to Danny since the previous game.
  • Jenny: Originally part of Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl's Universe Pack DLC, Jenny returns to the series as a member of NASB2's starting roster. However, not much has been shown about Jenny's abilities in this game.
  • Rocko: Another character debuting in the Universe Pack DLC, Rocko is confirmed to reappear in Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2, but little has been announced or shown of his abilities.
  • Garfield: Garfield returns to the roster as slower-than-average all-rounder. He comes with an upgraded moveset and a new Food Meter that, when filled, will allow him to enter a speedy Sugar Rush.

All New Nintendo All-Star Brawl 2 Characters

Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2 El Tigre
  • Squidward: As the first newcomer introduced for Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2, Squidward joins the roster as a strong aerial fighter with a wide range of movement options at his disposal.
  • Plankton: Although his giant mech suit does the fighting, Plankton joins Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2 as the fourth confirmed character from the SpongeBob SquarePants franchise. This Mecha Plankton is heavy and slow, but he is able to keep opponents at distance and punish hard if they get close.
  • Ember: One of Danny Phantom's many ghastly enemies, Ember takes to the stage for the first time in the NASB series. Her moveset is comprised of a combination of her ghostly and musical power.
  • El Tigre: Yet another highly-requested fighter, El Tigre finally enters the ring in Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2 as a swift and agile brawler.
  • Donatello: While Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl featured Leonardo and Michelangelo, their absence in official media so far seems to indicate that Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2 will feature the other two brothers of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Donatello was introduced to the roster as an agile fighter with the longest-reaching attacks in the game.
  • Raphael: Raphael joins the game as a newcomer alongside Donatello. Official media has touted him as the fastest character in the game with a powerful playstyle.
  • Jimmy Neutron: Making his debut in the official announcement trailer, Jimmy Neutron joins Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2 as one of many highly-requested fighters for the series. He uses his inventions to fight and is able to summon his dog Goddard, allowing players to toggle between the two.
  • Grandma Gertie: Hey Arnold!'s Grandma Gertie is the most unexpected newcomer to Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2. She's been shown to hit hard and fast.

With plenty of time before Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2 is released, there is a high likelihood of both new and returning additions to the game's roster in the coming weeks. Though not all fighters requested by players will make the cut, the roster for Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2 is already jam-packed with some of Nickelodeon's most beloved characters.

Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2 releases for Nintendo Switch, PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S on November 3.
