Believe it or not, the second season of Disney's The Mandalorian is almost here, and it's nearly time to step back into shiny metal space boots of everyone's favorite bounty hunter. In order to get everyone in the mood for more Star Wars, Disney has released another minute long trailer. It would seem the second season is going to be just as action-packed as the first, if this footage is anything to go by.

Truthfully, the trailer doesn't give much away in terms of story lines or plot. It depicts The Mandalorian and The Child in a variety of dangerous and heart pounding scenarios, but not much context. One thing that is mentioned early on is that The Mandalorian is on the hunt for more of his people, hoping they can guide him to wherever he needs to take The Child (more commonly known as baby Yoda). It was also shown that there'll be a few familiar faces from season one for at least a part of the journey, with Cara Dune and Greef Karga working with Mando for at least part of the story.

The official synopsis is also fairly light on details: "The Mandalorian and the Child continue their journey, facing enemies and rallying allies as they make their way through a dangerous galaxy in the tumultuous era after the collapse of the Galactic Empire." Fans may notice that this also describes the first season pretty accurately. It would seem the series is playing its cards close to its chest, which may mean there are some surprises in store for those who tune in to the show when season 2 finally drops on Disney+.

In the meantime, for those who aren't up to date on The Mandalorian's adventure, the full season 1 is currently available on Disney+ for anyone who is subscribed. It's worth watching the teaser for season 2, there's lots of room for speculation and excitement in these last few days before the actual show hits streaming.

Season 2 of The Mandalorian will debut on Disney+ this October 30th.
