Cookie Run Kingdom players have a lot to look forward to this week, thanks to a new update coming on May 27, 2022. This update continues the Council of Heroes chapter that kicked off on May 3 and is bringing a new treat called Crunchy Chip Cookie, new mechanics like the Hall of Ancient Heroes, and an increased max level cap for all Cookies.

Cookie Run Kingdom May 27 Update
New Cookie
The Crunchy Chip Cookie will be added to Cookie Run Kingdom, and they fall into the Charge class and are suited to the Front positioning. As far as lore goes, Crunchy Chip is the captain of the Cream Wolves of the Dark Cacao Kingdom.
Hall of Ancient Heroes
The Hall of Ancient Heroes' temple has a new system for Cookie Run Kingdom players that can boost the levels of any lower-leveled Cookies. To unlock the new feature, players must clear World Exploration Stage 6-15 and complete the quests.
Statue of Heroic Radiance
The Statue of Heroic Radiance is another new feature that helps Cookies and players' kingdoms by providing special effects based on the total level of owned Cookies.
Players must clear stage 9-7 to unlock the Statue of Heroic Radiance in the Hall of Ancient Heroes.
New Season of Super Mayhem
Super Mayhem has already had two seasons in Cookie Run Kingdom, and the third will be starting with the new update coming this week. Season 3 is called Paladins Oath, and the PvP game mode has players creating three teams of five Cookies to face off against other teams.
The main difference in the new season is that each team will battle the respective team of the opponents: the player with the most wins will win the battle. Other changes include the option for auto-battle support in x2.5 speed and the Grandmaster tier.
Max Levels for Cookies
And finally, players will be able to level up their Cookies to level 70, increasing the previous cap by ten levels. To level up to 65, players will need to upgrade their Kingdom to level 41. And to get up to level 70 for your Cookies, reach a Kingdom level of 42.
