For starters, players can earn the “Dr Disrespect Black Steel Mullet + Headphones” once they reach level eight. In addition, the “Dr Disrespect Prototypes” can be unlocked at level 20. These are the iconic shades worn by the streamer during his broadcasts. Beyond that, the Two-Time’s signature red vest, known as “Dr Disrespect Showtime Vest,” can be acquired after obtaining level 32 in-game.
