Kinkaku and Ginkaku are the Gold and Silver Brothers hailing from the Hidden Cloud. These are two powerful ninjas that existed in the Naruto series long ago. It is believed that they were once consumed by the Nine Tails. However, they started eating the beast from the inside, eventually forcing it to throw them up.
Surviving this ordeal gave them the powers of the Nine Tails to some degree. They gained massive chakra reserves, and more importantly, the ability to manifest a Tailed Beasts cloak, and advanced grades of the Tailed Beast powers as well. With the tools of the Sage of Six Paths, they were almost unstoppable. When they were reanimated in the Fourth Great Ninja War, they showcased how much of a threat they could be. In fact, even Ay wanted to go to battle to stop the Gold and Silver brothers by himself.
5 Mito Uzumaki
Hashirama's Wife Sealed Kurama Inside Of Herself
Mito Uzumaki was the first Jinchuriki of Kurama that the fans knew of in the Naruto series. She became the Jinchuriki of the beast after Hashirama ripped it from Madara Uchiha during their battle in the Valley of the End. Mito managed to seal the beast inside of herself, and lived with it until the end of her days. It is unknown if she could actually control the chakra of Kurama to any extent.
It is also unknown if she ever made use of this chakra. However, logic dictates that since Mito had this beast inside of her, she likely gained some amps with it. Fans do not know the details of how much of a boost she received with this Tailed Beast inside of her.
4 Himawari Uzumaki
Kurama Reformed Inside Of Himawari Uzumaki
Himawari Uzumaki was recently revealed to be a user of Tailed Beast chakra. It is unknown which Tailed Beast lies inside of her at this point in time. It is either Kurama, which she would most likely have gained from Naruto, or, a different version of the Nine Tails.

It is also unknown if she has a part of Kurama inside of her or the whole thing. Fans will most likely find out more about it later down the line. Boruto will soon explore her powers more, and it will certainly be a very interesting addition to the story.

Kushina Uzumaki became the Jinchuriki of Kurama after Mito. She had this Tailed Beast sealed inside of her for many years. Kushina also managed to harness the chakra of the Tailed Beast to a certain degree. Fans know that she received a huge boost in terms of its chakra, and more importantly, she could, under certain conditions, make use of its cloak.
Kushina could also restrain the Tailed Beasts using her adamantine chains to a significant degree. Overall, when it comes to Kurama's many Jinchuriki, Kushina is certainly up there with the best.
2 Minato Namikaze
Minato Had The Yin Half Of Kurama Inside
Minato became a Jinchuriki of Kurama moments before his death. Using the Reaper Death Seal, he sealed half of the beast inside of him, while the other half was sealed inside his son, Naruto. When Minato was reincarnated in the Ninja War, he was able to make use of the Nine-tails Chakra Mode right from the get-go.
Minato managed to tame the Tailed Beast completely, becoming a perfect Jinchuriki. His usage of the Tailed Beast chakra was absolutely immense, and this just went on to show how big of a genius he truly was. Eventually, Minato's half of the Nine Tails was transferred to his son, Naruto Uzumaki.
