The Jinchuriki are some of the strongest people in the world of Naruto. These are vessels for Tailed Beasts that originally existed for the sole purpose of Jinchuriki warfare. By containing a Tailed Beast inside a person, a village would then have a powerful weapon at their disposal. The Jinchuriki were often deployed in wars and, for that, they were a massive asset to the village.
One of the biggest strengths of these Jinchuriki is the chakra reserves that they possess. Given that Tailed Beasts are masses of chakra, it is no surprise that all of them possess near-infinite amounts of it. However, even among their ranks, the level of chakra that they possess varies.

10 Utakata
Utakata was the Jinchuriki of Saiken, also known as the Six Tails. He did not have perfect control over his Tailed Beast, however, he was still quite powerful and could manifest several tails.
Given that Saiken had six tails, it is no surprise that Utakata had a lot of chakra. Sadly, he could not make full use of what was in his possession due to a lack of bond with his Tailed Beast.
9 Fuu
Fuu was the Jinchuriki of the Seven Tails, Chomei. This Tailed Beast was quite powerful, however, just like Utakata, she did not have perfect control over her beast.
This severely limited the power that she could bring out and would also limit the chakra reserves that were accessible to her. Despite that, the sheer number of tails that her beast possessed gave her more chakra than some others in the series.
8 Yugito Nii
Yugito was the Jinchuriki of Two Tails, Matatabi. She was quite powerful and had partial control over her Tailed Beast. This meant that she had access to more chakra than some others, however, not as much as those who had perfect control over their beasts.
She could take on several powerful ninjas at once and could even enter a full Tailed Beast Transformation. It is quite evident that her reserves of chakra were quite large.
7 Gaara
Gaara is one of the most important Naruto characters who also had a Tailed Beast sealed inside him at birth. Gaara was the user of the One Tail, Shukaku. He had access to quite a lot of chakra, however, the lack of bond that he had with Shukaku meant that he could not bring all of it out.
Nonetheless, sometimes, Shukaku would take over his body and, in those instances, all the chakra of the Tail Beast could be accessed, making him one of the strongest Jinchuriki in the series.
6 Roshi
Roshi was the Jinchuriki of The Four Tails, Son Goku. While he was not revealed to be a Perfect Jinchuriki at first, the Minato one shot showed fans that he could freely access the powers of his Tailed Beast and even enter a Tailed Beast Chakra Avatar state.
He might not have perfect control over his beast, however, his control was significantly greater than what fans expected. He even manifested a Tailed Beast Ball at will and that in itself is proof that his chakra reserves were much greater than others.
5 Han
Just like Roshi, Han also featured in the Minato one shot. He was seen being able to take a Chakra Avatar of his Tailed Beast, Kokuo.
Han fought against Team Jiraiya and made them flee, which is a feat in itself. Given that he could access a significant portion of the powers of his Tailed Beast, his chakra reserves were greater than most other Jinchuriki.
4 Yagura
Yagura was the Fourth Mizukage of Kirigakure and an incredibly powerful ninja. He was also the perfect Jinchuriki of Isobu, the Three Tails. Being a perfect Jinchuriki in itself meant that he had access to all the chakra of his beast.
This alone gave him an edge and raised his chakra to sky-high levels when compared to the other Jinchuriki. Yagura could even push Itachi on the back foot and that certainly is a testament to his ability.
3 Killer Bee
Killer Bee is an exceptional ninja from Kumo. He is a perfect Jinchuriki and has an incredibly strong bond with the Eight Tails, Gyuki.
Given the high number of tails that his beast possesses and, at the same time, the incredible bond that he shares with him, it is no surprise that Bee has an exceptional amount of chakra at his disposal. He is easily one of the strongest Jinchuriki seen in the entirety of Naruto.
2 Minato Namikaze
Minato, the Fourth Hokage, was the Jinchuriki of the Yin-half of Kurama. Much to the surprise of everyone, he completely tamed this Tailed Beast in the Fourth Great Ninja War.
Just having half of the beast, Minato had more chakra than almost every other Jinchuriki in the series. His chakra reserves were put on display when he fought against the 10 Tails and, specifically, when he moved to the entirety of the Shinobi Alliance out of a barrier erected by Obito.
1 Naruto Uzumaki
Undoubtedly, the Jinchuriki with the highest reserves of chakra Naruto is Naruto Uzumaki himself. Naruto was the Jinchuriki of Kurama, and the chakra of this Tailed Beast was apparently much greater than any other.
On top of that, Naruto also has Uzumaki lineage, which only adds to his incredible chakra. His chakra levels reached sky-high levels and in the entirety of the series, he has the most chakra of any ninja ever.
