Naraka: Bladepointisn't a typical entry into the battle royale genre. While these types of games mostly stick to the shooter style of gameplay, this game is a straight-out hack-and-slash extravaganza. For players to beef up their character, they'll need to choose the best Talents. In this game, Talents are broken down into three categories: Glyphs, Skills, and Ultimates.

Selecting the best combination of Talents from those they unlock will make the player's character unstoppable when it comes to battling in Trios or Solo. Creating the best build involves knowing what will make the most impact. Here's a look at the best talents in Naraka: Bladepoint.

8 Persuasion Glyph

Rift Dealers are too ready to sell their wares to players needing essential gear. It becomes even more important to have these items the longer players manage to stay alive. The main problem with this is that the longer players are in the game, the higher the prices go.

With the Persuasion Glyph, they'll get a discount at the Rift Dealers. This is especially useful for those players who don't make a lot of Dark Coins, preferring to stay away from the front lines of battle.

7 Twilight Crimson - Viper Ning's Ultimate

When players have a lot of foes around them or some of them have gone invisible, Viper Ning has just the Ultimate for the job. Twilight Crimson will stun them all, making the invisible ones visible again. However, this will not always work if they are "invisible" because they are hiding behind something such as a bush.

While they are stunned, they will not have access to any of their Talents, rendering them completely defenseless. It's the perfect time for the player's teammates to swoop in and have a free-for-all, destroying the enemy.

6 Savagery Glyph

Rage is required for unleashing the supernatural ability, or Ultimate, of the player's character. Once they have gained enough during battle, they will be able to unleash their Ultimate. The Savagery Glyph boosts the amount of rage accrued during battles, allowing the character to build up quicker than usual, so they use their Ultimate often.

Having access to this Talent at the appropriate time could mean the difference between winning and losing the battle. Some characters are even strong enough to take out large swathes of enemies with one use of their Ultimate, so having it ready sooner can only be a benefit.

5 Inner Fire - Tarka Ji's F Skill

Tarka Ji is an excellent offensive tank. His F Skill is Inner Fire, allowing him to block melee attacks. When his blocks are successful, it also allows him to counter, making it both a defensive and offensive skill. As enemies are drawn toward him, away from weaker party members, he will be able to hold his own, defend himself, then knock down his enemies.

There is a variation of this F Skill, known as the Bide, which allows him to block projectiles. Using this same variation, he can also knock his enemies back with a large fireball.

4 Unseen Wings - Matari's Ultimate

Matari is not one of the most effective characters to choose in Naraka: Bladepoint; however, she is praised for her quick speed. Her Ultimate, Unseen Wings, allows her to go near invisible and lasts for 25 seconds. When she stands still, enemies cannot see her, and when she moves, she's just a faint outline.

Activating this Talent also increases the cooldown speed of her F Skill, Silent Flutter. Eventually, she will learn a variation of this Ultimate, which makes it extremely beneficial. Party members will receive its benefits for 12 seconds when using the variation.

3 Spirit Slash - Yoto Hime's F Skill

Yoto Hime's F Skill allows her to block projectiles. Spirit Slash also allows her to throw her blades at her enemies, teleport to them, and strike her enemies again. It is an excellent skill for getting in multiple hits on her enemies while maintaining a defensive stance.

Additionally, if she can defeat foes with the skill active, the cooldown timer will be reset. This skill is extremely powerful, and with the bonus of resetting the cooldown timer for a successful kill, players will love to have it at their fingertips.

2 Rampage Glyph

Rage is essential for using a character's Ultimate. Building up how much they have during gameplay can be slow and tedious. However, the Rampage Glyph can eliminate this problem. It starts the player off with more rage than is typical going into a battle.

Doing anything to boost the speed that the rage fills at is beneficial to allow the player access to the character's Ultimate. The further along in the game, the harder the fights get, and an Ultimate can be the fatal edge against the enemy that's needed to push things over the edge in the player's favor.

1 Ominous Blade - Yoto Hime's Ultimate

Yoto Hime in Naraka: Bladepoint

Ominous Blade is the most powerful of the Talents available in the game. Yoto Hime will summon a gigantic sword that she projects toward her enemies. She will then teleport toward the sword. If players press the attack button, she will proceed to swing the sword at her enemies, continuing to deal damage.

This Ultimate also restores her armor and health. There are variations of the Talent, where one will add more health back to Yoto Hime, and the other will add on a couple of weaker attacks at its end.

Naraka: Bladepoint is available now for PC and Xbox Series X/S.
