Here's how to emerge as the victor in the My Hero Academia battle royale game.

These superior Quirk Skills typically devastate opponents with waves of insane damage, while also more than likely having short reload times. Though these Quirk Skills may not instantly bring a hero/villain to the top of the tier list, they're certainly considerable for the sole fact that their Quirk Skill is more than exceptional to the point where many say they're "unbalanced."

10 Himiko Toga's Blood Sucker Transform

Toga attacking Deku

Himiko Toga is one of the best Technical archetype characters in My Hero Ultra Rumble, especially for players who have mastered the difficult-to-use villain. Toga has the unique ability to transform into any of the other characters throughout a match by getting access to their blood.

As such, her third Quirk Skill allows her to throw out several prongs to steal her opponent's blood and transform into them. This long-range move also deals a good amount of damage with each prong that hits the enemy.

  • (Level 9) Deals 105 GP damage.
  • (Level 9) Deals 84 HP damage.
  • (Level 9) Transform lasts 55 seconds.

9 Ochaco Uraraka's Home Run Comet

Uraraka Ochaco attacking Deku

Ochaco Uraraka isn't a very popular choice in My Hero Ultra Rumble but is an incredible fighter when picked up by a skilled player. Uraraka uses her Zero Gravity Quirk to defeat her opponents in battle, while also making her allies lighter so that they can float across the map.

Uraraka's Home Run Comet is her best Quirk Skill yet, as it allows her to control a large area while inflicting loads of pressure and damage. With a large object in hand, Uraraka swings around for as long as gamers hold down the Skill's button and there is still any charge left.

  • (Level 9) Deals 100 GP damage with three hits before knocking the enemy down.
  • (Level 9) Deals 150 HP damage with three hits before knocking the enemy down.

8 Mt. Lady's Caldera Stomp

Mt. Lady attacking Deku

Mt. Lady is one of the most popular choices for fans in My Hero Ultra Rumble, as she is most certainly one of the best characters in the game. Mt. Lady's second Quirk Skill, the Caldera Stomp, is an incredible move that can be activated over and over to dish out continuous damage to an area.

At level nine, Caldera Stomp has six charges, meaning that fans can string together six Caldera Stomps one after another upon her enemies. This move is excellent for taking on a single target, but even better for attacking multiple enemies who happen to be standing in the same spot.

  • (Level 9) Deals 189 GP damage with three consecutive blows.
  • (Level 9) Deals 189 HP damage with three consecutive blows.

7 Dabi's Ring Of Fire

Dabi in a ring of fire with deku

Dabi is another Technical character in My Hero Ultra Rumble and one that fans have to practice around with before being able to take him into the competitive game modes. Essentially, Dabi is a 'trapper,' meaning that he is best at leaving behind traps for enemies to trip over and take damage, as well as setting the enemy up with his Ring of Fire.

Dabi's Ring of Fire is his best move, as it deals prominent damage, sets up the enemy for further vulnerability, and defends Dabi from outside projectiles. While this move only has one charge, even at level nine, Ring of Fire has a quick recharge time, making it a significant tool to use at any point in time.

  • (Level 9) Deals up to 210 GP damage if the enemy stays in the fire.
  • (Level 9) Deals up to 210 HP damage if the enemy stays in the fire.
  • Inflicts enemies with the 'burn' status, which slowly depletes their HP for a short time.

6 Eijiro Kirishima's Red Counter

Eijiro Kirishima attacking Deku

Eijiro Kirishima is one of the strongest heroes to choose from in My Hero Ultra Rumble, as his second Quirk Skill hits harder than most other moves. As a close-range character that lacks movement, Kirishima's power resides in his ability to inflict damage up close.

Here are the best team compositions in My Hero Ultra Rumble, ranked from worst to best.

Red Counter, Kirishima's second Quirk Skill, is a close-range attack that dashes toward an enemy and hits them with a single blow. This move deals massive damage and has three charges, making it easy to devastate enemies.

  • (Level 9) Deals 162 damage to GP and HP, and instantly knocks opponents down.

5 Ibara Shiozaki's Crucifixion

Ibara Shiozaki attacking Deku

Ibara Shiozaki is one of the many characters that fans are able to eventually unlock in My Hero Ultra Rumble and stands out as one of the most unique heroes with her thorned hair. Shiozaki fights using her hair, and with her third Quirk Skill, Crucifixion, she can entangle her opponents. This move grabs a single enemy and attacks them while they're left vulnerable to other attacks.

What's more is that Crucifixion ignores the opponent's GP gauge, and damages their HP bar straight away, much like Shigaraki can do. The fact that allies can deal additional damage while the enemy is strung up is one of the best aspects of Crucifixion.

  • (Level 9) Deals 159 HP damage.

4 Momo Yaoyorozu's Create: Strike And Stop

Momo Yaoyorozu attacking Bakugo

Momo Yaoyorozu is a Support class hero in My Hero Ultra Rumble and uses her Quirk to create various items to fight off opponents, as well as support her teammates. Create: Strike and Stop is Yaoyorozu's first Quirk Skill, and lets her create a random melee weapon to fend for herself. This move may be melee-based, but the weapon's strikes actually reach a bit further through waves.

This move can be 'spammed' very easily against enemies, as it has 10 charges that work consecutively with each other. After three hits with Create: Strike and Stop, the enemy will fall back invulnerable, but the leftover charges can be saved for when they awaken.

  • (Level 9) Deals 124 GP damage with three consecutive blows.
  • (Level 9) Deals 126 HP damage with three consecutive blows.

3 Tomura Shigaraki's Ground Destruction

Tomura Shigaraki destroying the ground

On the list of the best characters in My Hero Ultra Rumble, Tomura Shigaraki stands tall as he is capable of taking out entire teams with his grand abilities. Shigaraki's Quirk Skills are all amazing in their own ways, but his second Quirk Skill proves itself to be very potent. Ground Destruction is an AoE attack that starts from where Shigaraki is standing and then spreads out.

The circumference in which the move spreads out depends on the player's Quirk Skill level. This move deals fascinating damage to enemies stuck in the AoE, which leaves the opportunity for multiple opponents to be 'downed' thanks to Ground Destruction.

  • (Level 9) If enemies stay in the AoE, takes an entire bar of GP or HP.
  • (Level 9) Deals 29 damage with each effect.

2 All Might's Texas Smash

All Might attacking another All Might

All Might is regarded as the most powerful hero in My Hero Academia. In My Hero Ultra Rumble, the strongest character is highly debated, but All Might is certainly up there on that list. All Might uses his One For All abilities to propel monstrous attacks toward his enemies, which are mainly single targets.

Texas Smash is All Might's first Quirk Skill, and is reminiscent of many other ranged Quirk attacks like Deku's first Quirk Skill or Bakugo's AP Shot. Texas Smash has 12 charges at level nine, all of which can be shot in bursts of two charges. These ranged attacks are very powerful, and can 'down' opponents fairly quickly with precise aim.

  • (Level 9) Deals 81 damage with one shot to either GP or HP, but commonly is used with its double-burst, bringing its damage to 162.
  • (Level 9) Can take out enemies with eight consecutive blows.

1 Katsuki Bakugo's AP Shot

Katsuki Bakugo attacking Deku from afar

Katsuki Bakugo has been tossed around the community as the best fighter that players can use in My Hero Ultra Rumble. Bakugo has an arsenal of tools that mow through his enemies' defenses and can move around the map with ease. AP Shot is Bakugo's first Quirk Skill, and much like All Might's, can be 'spammed' to drive an onslaught of damage onto his enemies.

Unlike other ranged attacks, Bakugo's AP Shot is much quicker, meaning he can deal greater damage than other heroes with his ranged attacks. This move also hits a lot further with its eight charges at level nine than other ranged moves, making it one of Bakugo's best options to use from afar.

  • (Level 9) Deals 77 GP damage with a single shot.
  • (Level 9) Deals 77 HP damage with a single shot.
  • (Level 9) Can take out enemies with eight consecutive blows.
