My Hero Ultra Rumble allows players to level up through different Licenses. Licenses are essentially My Hero Ultra Rumble's version of a battle pass/season pass, much like Fortnite and Destiny 2 have. In My Hero Ultra Rumble, there are two Licenses: The first License is the Season License, which starts from level 0 at the beginning of each Season, rewarding players with new cosmetics and items respective to each Season.

How to Get More EXP in a Match

'A' Grade in My Hero Ultra Rumble

Playing a match results in EXP, no matter what the outcome ends up being. In My Hero Ultra Rumble, players will notice that they're 'graded' on their performance throughout a match, meaning the damage they dealt, eliminations they got, survival time, and other factors. With a low grade, which is around a 'D,' fans won't receive that much EXP. For a higher grade, around a high 'B,' gamers receive a more satisfying abundance of EXP to level up. So, how does one get more EXP in a match?

The answer is simple: players will need to get a better grade in My Hero Ultra Rumble. Getting more eliminations (finishing 'downed' enemies), surviving for a longer time (higher placement), rescuing civilians, using items, completing quests, winning a match, and dealing loads of damage are all factors that not only increase the amount of EXP players earn in a match but also the grade in which they get in said match.

How to Get More EXP With an Agency

The Gym in an Agency

The absolute best way to obtain even more EXP and level up much faster in My Hero Ultra Rumble is to join an agency. Agencies are essentially clubs in My Hero Ultra Rumble, which allow for friends or randoms to get together and play with one another. Agencies also grant members bonuses for their Contribution Points, EXP acquisition, and the amount of Gold they receive from matches. The ringer there? EXP acquisition.

In an Agency, players can level up the Gym. Leveling up the Gym will give players a boost to the amount of EXP they receive at the end of a match. While the boost may seem minimal, the Gym rewards gamers with much more EXP than they realize. To get the best results, players should join an Agency with a high-level Gym.

How to Purchase EXP

Purchasing levels with Hero Crystals

Those who can't find the time to constantly level up in My Hero Ultra Rumble may want to seek out another method of ranking up their Licenses. Fortunately, fans can use their Hero Crystals to purchase EXP, but there's a catch with the Season License. With the Season License, players cannot outright purchase ranks; they can choose to purchase the Pro License + 89,500 EXP when getting the Season License. This option costs 13,200 Hero Crystals. Though fans can't buy their way through a Season License, the 89,500 EXP is an excellent head start.

With the Special License, gamers can purchase as much EXP as they want. Choosing this option will cost fans 1,500 Hero Crystals for each rank purchased. Buying EXP in the Special License can help players obtain characters like Froppy and Bakugo, who are locked behind the License.
