When first starting out in My Hero Ultra Rumble, players will be introduced to the game's archetypes, also known as classes. This aspect of the game's characters is very important, as they not only cater to certain playstyles but also inform fans on how that character was meant to be played. 3 The Assault Archetype
The Assault class is the very first class that is introduced to beginners in My Hero Ultra Rumble through the game's tutorial. That's because beginners will learn the game's simple mechanics while playing as Izuku Midoriya, who is an Assault archetype. The Assault archetype is practically My Hero Ultra Rumble's take on a 'tank' class, meaning characters associated with the yellow color will provide much more defense and grant defensive support for allies. Simply put, the Assault class is the easiest one to learn in My Hero Ultra Rumble. When choosing an Assault hero/villain, players will be expected to hold the ground for the friendly team, as well as provide small amounts of support when needed.
For example, Deku has the ability to carry a downed ally on his back and eventually revive them. With his mobility, Izuku is capable of establishing a solid foundation for his teammates. Another eminent Assault character is Kendo, who is one of the best tanks in the game. What Kendo, the optimistic Class 1-B student, lacks in mobility, she makes up for in defense and damage. Her 'clap' attack can deal massive amounts of damage with precise hits, but her shield ability makes her even more captivating. 2 The Strike Archetype
One of the best ways to jump into My Hero Ultra Rumble is to simply focus on damage output rather than other technical features. Damage is particularly important in the battle royale game, as some certain moves and Quirks propel massive amounts of damage very quickly, making it more than easy to take out opponents. That said, Strike characters are one of the best types of fighters for new players. Strike characters were created for one thing and one thing only: To frustrate/down opponents with their devastating DPS and abilities.

Items are essential in My Hero Ultra Rumble. Here's a few that every player will want to keep in their inventory.
One of the best examples of this is the face of the Strike archetype himself—Bakugo. Katsuki Bakugo has been consistently 'hailed' as one of the scariest competitors to fight against in My Hero Ultra Rumble due to his various tools and incredible damage. His ranged Quirk has the potential to snipe opponents and render them useless in a matter of seconds. Another wonderful Strike character is Shigaraki, another 'broken' character in My Hero Ultra Rumble. Shigaraki doesn't have any lavish movement options, but he can inflict loads of damage when fighting up close. Generally, players using Strike fighters will want to act as their team's DPS character in an MMORPG. Get into the battlefield, down enemies and wreak havoc, get out and heal (or receive help from a Support character), and jump back into battle in the superhero game. 1 The Support Archetype
Finally, beginners in My Hero Ultra Rumble may want to check out the Support archetype. The Support archetype is, arguably, the more difficult class from the other two, but that's just because players will need to focus on two vastly different roles when playing on a team. Support characters' main job is to ensure that their teammates are alive and well while mainly protecting them after they are downed. Of course, Support heroes/villains all have Quirk Skills that have the potential of inflicting monstrous damage on enemy teams, but these players should never forget the importance they hold in supporting their allies.
One of the best Support heroes is Cementoss, who can build walls and even a large foundation with his cement-related Quirk. Not only can he provide a team a grand advantage by giving them the high ground, but Cementoss' Special Action allows him to place walls around a downed ally and revive them instantly. High-rank Cementoss players have proved to the community that the Support character is one of the best additions to any sort of team. Another wonderful Support character, and one that is brilliant for newer players to try, is Ibara Shiozaki. Shiozaki, like Cementoss, has a Special Action that allows her to instantly revive a downed ally. But, Shiozaki also has different skills that make her a superb DPS hero as well, as her thorn-based attacks can pierce through single targets.
