Archetypes in My Hero Ultra Rumble are essential for players to learn and understand so that they may play various characters to their best extent. While the classes may seem simplistic, they're much more technical in utility than fans may realize. There are five different archetypes, with each one granting different bonuses and play styles.

Rapid characters can be recognized by their blue colorings. These fighters focus on movement and mobility rather than other aspects in My Hero Ultra Rumble. Rapid characters are important as they help the team move around the map, and help players attack their targets from all directions. Here are all the characters of this class in My Hero Ultra Rumble, and how they rank when compared against each other.

3 Tenya Iida

Iida in My Hero Ultra Rumble

Tenya Iida is one of the several characters that must to be unlocked before fans can play him whenever they would like. Once he is acquired, players can select the hero to use in the anime battle royale. Instantly, fans will note that Tenya Iida is the fastest character in My Hero Ultra Rumble (when it comes to movement on the ground). Tenya Iida specializes in running around the map as fast as possible. This grants him access to vantage points that other characters will find more difficult to reach, especially in times of intense conflict.

My Hero Ultra Rumble: 8 Best Starting Points

These are the best starting spots in the battle royale game My Hero Ultra Rumble.

Iida's three Quirk Skills all focus on using his legs to damage his opponents or run away. Iida's Quirk Alpha is a simple physical move that launches him toward the enemy with a rolling barrage of kicks. This skill can be chained together, so long as players are accurate. Iida's Quirk Alpha also lets him reach faraway heights, or run away when enemies have proved to be too much to handle.

Iida's second Quirk Skill is a bit more tricky than the others, but is simple in damage nevertheless. When activated, Iida will jump sideways, and then advance toward the opposing hero/villain with a large kick. This skill is practically Izuku Midoriya's second Quirk Skill with the ability to dodge projectiles.

Iida's third Quirk Skill will activate Recipro Burst. This greatly boosts Iida's movement speed, though his engines will need a break afterward. With so much movement speed and mobility, Iida's Special Action, which allows him to carry a downed ally on his back and revive them, pairs wonderfully with this speedster.

2 Tsuyu Asui

Tsuyu Asui in my hero ultra rumble

Tsuyu Asui is unlocked through My Hero Ultra Rumble's Special License. She is a fairly difficult character to master, but has the potential to pull off combos and strategies that no other hero or villain can. Asui, who also goes by the hero name "Froppy," can use her frog-like tongue to swing herself toward buildings, structures, the ground, or even her enemies. Asui also has a great damage-based Quirk Skill that can hit vertically or horizontally depending on her situation.

Her third Quirk Skill may be her best one, as it allows for Asui to go invisible. Although there is a slight oddity in her invisible look, most enemies would never realize that there is an Asui around them. This allows Tsuyu Asui to launch surprise attacks on opponents, as well as disappear from opposing teams when low on health.

With such a focus on mobility, players might be surprised to learn that her Special Action allows her to instantly revive a downed ally. Tsuyu's Special Action wraps a downed teammate in her tongue and brings them back up so that they can fight once more. Because of her essential abilities and Special Action, Tsuyu Asui pairs incredibly well with Strike combatants, such as Katsuki Bakugo.

1 Ochaco Uraraka

Ochaco Uraraka

Luckily for beginners, Ochaco Uraraka is available to play in My Hero Ultra Rumble from the beginning. What's more, Uraraka is one of the best characters in My Hero Ultra Rumble. She uses her Zero Gravity Quirk to take on various enemies throughout the battlefield. Uraraka also uses Zero Gravity to move around the map as fast as possible, as she can activate her Special Action to make herself float seamlessly through the air. Combined with her Quirk Skill Alpha, Uraraka can glide far lengths to get to where she needs to go. She can also use her Special Action on her teammates, which will allow them to float and either get the jump on opponents or get to faraway locations much easier.

My Hero Ultra Rumble: 5 Improvements The Game Needs

My Hero Ultra Rumble has been well-received, but there are a few aspects that could use some improvement to make the game even better.

When it comes to fighting, Uraraka has grand potential. With some intense combos, she is capable of knocking an enemy out fairly quickly. Ochaco Uraraka's third Quirk Skill activates an AoE that lifts everything in its vicinity, including opposing fighters. Uraraka can activate the Quirk Skill once more to slam the affected AoE down and deal more damage to lifted opponents.

For players who would like to do even more damage, Uraraka can lift an enemy with Zero Gravity, grapple toward them, and then use her second Quirk Skill to devastate them with her spinning attacks. Uraraka's Quirk Skills give her the potential to attack multiple enemies at once, which makes her a fantastic character when it comes to the late game, or when she's the last character alive on her team.
