My Hero Academia: 7 Best Organizations In The Series

Here are some of the best organizations in My Hero Academia based on structure, impact, and other important factors.

The quirks mentioned are those that have emerged within the realm of the series and are not officially part of the main storyline, but they somehow exist as a possibility within the universe of the My Hero Academia show. These are abilities that would potentially have added something significant and exciting to the plot, possibly changing the trajectory of the story for better or worse, but for whatever reason, they were decided to not be focused on in the main storyline.

5 Eruption

He Controls Extremely Powerful Magma

Iwata Maguma in My Hero Academia
  • Appearance: My Hero Academia: Clash! Heroes Battle

This quirk belongs to Iwata Maguma, a character who only appears in My Hero Academia: Clash! Heroes Battle, a card game where characters in the anime are collected as cards, and their quirks are combined to battle opponents. Maguma possesses the eruption quirk, a quirk that allows him to use his body fat to produce a lava-like substance from his body, and his ultimate ability allows him to shoot lava in multiple directions from the ground, dealing devastating damage.

The quirk is an extremely powerful one in theory, and the sheer destructive nature of the ability could have been a major problem for the hero association, being a thorn in their side and requiring specific heroes with quirks that could counter, match, or resist the firepower. Characters like Endeavor and Todoroki Shoto have access to similar fire-based quirks that could match Maguma's power.

4 Chimera

He Can Transform Into A Powerful Beast

Chojuro Kon in My Hero Academia
  • Appearance:My Hero Academia: Heroes Rising

Chimera, which is also his villain name, is a quirk that belongs to Chojuro Kon, a character who appears only in My Hero Academia: Heroes Rising. He appears as a loyal subordinate to the villain Nine and boasts an extremely powerful transformation that allows him to take the characteristics of various animals and even increase the size and proportions of these features for an even bigger transformation, making him much stronger. His quirk boosts his physical capabilities, further enhancing his speed, strength, and durability, and the most powerful of his abilities is a flame breath move that can deal serious damage.

The extent of his potential was fully realized in the movie where he showcased the sheer power of his quirk. He was shown to effortlessly fight against multiple pro heroes at the same time, beating them without exerting himself too hard while being second only to his leader, Nine. Chimera's transformation quirk is easily one of the most unique the anime has ever shown, and his strength would tip the scales for the side of the villains if he was ever made a part of the main story.

3 Zombie Virus

This Quirk Can Create A Powerful Zombie Army

Romero Fujimi in My Hero Academia
  • Appearance:My Hero Academia: Training of the Dead OVA

The Zombie Virus is a quirk that is possessed by Romero Fujimi, a student of Isamu high who made his appearance in the My Hero Academia: Training of the Dead OVA. It is a powerful quirk that allows its user to transfer a virus that can turn people into zombies via a pink gas. In this zombie-like state, those affected feature zombie characteristics - a dead-looking demeanor and zombie endurance. On top of that, they only desire to spread the disease via biting.

During the training exercise Romero participated in along with students from Class 1-A, he emitted the gas from his quirk, turning students all around him into mindless zombies, causing U.A. to become an apocalyptic warzone. This required the students to think quickly to escape a dangerous situation. For obvious reasons, this quirk would be hard to contain and could potentially be a problem in the main series of My Hero Academia, especially in the wrong hands.

2 Metal Manipulation

He Has A Strong Control Over Metal

This quirk is possessed by a man named Wolfram, the main antagonist of My Hero Academia: Two Heroes. His metal manipulation quirk allows him to freely control metal objects, shaping them at his whim when he comes into physical contact with the surface of the metal. This quirk serves multiple purposes, allowing him to use it to attack as well for defensive purposes, making it a uniquely powerful quirk.

Rivalries are, in many ways, the heart and soul of My Hero Academia, and these characters make for the best rival relationships in the series.

At the peak of Wolfram’s power, using a quirk amplification device, he was extremely powerful, being able to overpower All Might and was only defeated because there was interference and help from the U.A. students. Metal manipulation abilities have always been a staple in the world of fiction; metal exists in countless things, which leaves a lot of room for imagination. This quirk would have been a major problem if present in the main story of My Hero Academia, and Wolfram would likely have been a major issue for the hero association.

1 Weather Manipulation

Nine Can Control The Malevolent Skies

Nine uses Weather Manipulation in My Hero Academia
  • Appearance:My Hero Academia: Heroes Rising

This powerful quirk belongs to Nine, a character who was the main antagonist of My Hero Academia: Heroes Rising. He was extremely strong, possessing a myriad of quirks, with his most notable being his original weather manipulation quirk, which allowed him to summon thunderstorms and tornadoes. Being a devastating force in the movie, his powers were so strong that they were damaging him at a cellular level.

Nine was the definition of suffering from success; during the course of the movie, he underwent surgery to allow him to use multiple quirks due to his affinity with All for One. This granted him immense power and caused him to be one of the most formidable and dangerous villains ever shown in the My Hero Academia series. These facts, along with his unrelenting ideals, are similar to those of the Hero Killer, Stain.
