The original Quirks of One For All users are incredibly powerful.

Prior to the ongoing fight, it was All Might who stood in the path of All For One once again and he did this with help from Melissa. Using various mechanized upgrades, All Might did what little he could do to stop All For One from advancing and at the same time, force him to reverse his age. Eventually, however, this task fell to Bakugo and he has successfully completed it in the recent chapters of My Hero Academia, having now defeated All For One.

Bakugo's Death

Bakugo has had a very interesting role to play in the Final War Saga of My Hero Academia. He fought against Shigaraki quite effectively and this is where he achieved quirk awakening for the first time. Bakugo was fearless in this battle and, thanks to the support of those around him, he was able to hold his own against this mighty villain for quite a long time. His strength was such that he could even leave Shigaraki in the dust for a short period of time, however, his time was short-lived as he was injured gravely by Shigaraki after he was stabbed right through the chest. Bakugo could very well have died there. It was thanks to the effort from Best Jeanist and Edgeshot that he was successfully rescued. His injuries were treated from the inside and, from there onwards, he was cut out of the manga for the better part of a year.

While fans believe that Bakugo would stay out of the manga for the vast majority of the final war after his injury, they couldn't have been more wrong. Bakugo returned to the story recently after the fight between All For One and All Might came to an end. All Might tried his best to fight against All For One, however, eventually, all his plans failed. He almost met his death and a gruesome end to his hero career, but that is precisely when Bakugo woke up from his long nap. Immediately after waking up, Bakugo returned to action and saved All Might, and, at the same time, dealt a significant injury to All For One.

Bakugo's Return Vs All For One

Bakugo's return marked a surprising turn in My Hero Academia. The vast majority of the fans believed that Bakufo would not play any role in the Final War Saga anymore. Just when the fans least expected it, he woke up once again and jumped into action. While Edgeshot and Best Jeanist did what they could do to save him, it was Bakugo's very own quirk that resuscitated him in the end. The sweat beads that Bakugo produces that lead to his many explosions were somehow responsible for him coming back to life. From there onwards, Bakugo coughed out all the excess blood that was stored in his body and jumped right into battle despite being in tremendous pain.

At this point, it was clear for the fans to see that the one who would be taking down All For One would be Bakugo and not All Might. This would mean that the last two characters to receive prominent roles in My Hero Academia would be none other than Bakugo and Deku. These two characters have always been some of the most important ones in the story and, thankfully, the author did not break this dynamic in the Final War saga either. Bakugo got his chance to fight against the demon lord, while Deku would then take on Shigaraki in combat.

How Bakugo Fought Against All For One Goal

The fight between Bakugo and All For One was certainly very intense. This fight was nothing short of staggering for the fans to witness, largely because Bakugo showed his growth in this fight and proved to everyone how far he had come as a fighter. As mentioned previously, Bakugo had a quirk awakening in his fight against Shigaraki. However, he didn't fully realize his power when he awakened his quirk.

The All For One Goal is All For One's most powerful attack to date in MHA.

That said, during the split second that he managed to pull this power out, he was able to leave even Shigaraki in the dust, which just goes to show the tremendous potential of the explosion quirk. In his fight against All For One, Bakugo was able to bring out the very best of this power.

Not only was he able to land one powerful explosion after another on All For One, but he was also able to completely overwhelm him in terms of speed and reflexes. When All For One brought out the very best of his Quirk powers, Bakugo responded by bringing out the very best of his own ability. This time, Bakugo fully realized its power and was able to keep up with All For One, despite him being at the very peak of his powers. In fact, Bakugo even went on to say that he could surpass Deku in this state and that is quite a scary statement.

Bakugo's Victory Over All For One

Bakugo was largely dominant in his fight against All For One, from the start to the end. He was able to keep up with him in terms of speed, and land attacks on him without taking many in return. Bakugo was superior in every single aspect of the battle, and that was quite surprising to the fans. That said, at the same time, this fight felt somewhat underwhelming, given that it was too one-sided. Regardless, for the character of Bakugo, this was absolutely amazing as he could completely hold his own against All For One and even overpower him.

When All For One had his back against the wall, he decided to go all out and bring out every single quirk factor stored within his body using a technique called All For One Goal. This technique was so powerful that he developed a mighty construct around him, composed of the various quirk powers that he had stolen over the years. The destructive power of this ability was such that it could vaporize everything in its spot, including the buildings and even the people who stood in front of All For Ond.

All Might begged Bakugo to dodge this attack, however, he was completely ready to counter this technique, as seen in My Hero Academia chapter 409. Bakugo had already taken steps to counter this as he had left his sweat beads inside All For One himself. He made these sweat beads explode from a distance, causing All For One to falter in his path. From there onwards, Bakugo pushed himself to his very limits and brought out the very best of his quirk. He landed one powerful explosion after another on All For One and saw to it that he couldn't even respond to his incredible attacks. This was utterly shocking for the fans to witness and just goes to show that Bakugo has finally matured as a Hero and successfully conquered all his powers. At the end of it all, Bakugo launched a powerful Howitzer Impact on All For One and this attack was so strong that the Demon Lord was completely crushed.

It must be remembered that All For One eventually fell because all the damage that he had taken slowly accumulated to a lot and he could no longer fight back effectively. Bakugo then delivered the final blow and in the end, it was everyone's collective effort that brought him down, with Bakugo delivering the last blow.
