While he certainly did help in tying up his insides, it was his own quirk that helped him recover. It appears that his sweat started flowing through his bloodstream and the explosion quirk somehow managed to save him. This might be a sign of reawakening for Bakugo and fans will most likely see that coming to play in the next few chapters of My Hero Academia.

All For One's Final Boss

After being entrusted by All Might himself, he jumps into battle in front of All For One and lands a powerful blow on him.
