Mirio and Midoriya meet Eri in an unfortunate situation. She was under the care of Kai Chisaki, also known as Overhaul, who used her quirk to create the quirk-destroying drug. Overhaul put her in physical, mental, and emotional pain, and this took a toll on her. Eri’s life changed for the better when she met Midoriya and Mirio, who took it upon themselves to ensure they saved Eri from Overhaul. They want to give her the life she truly deserves as a child. Eri’s journey to recovery is not easy, but with Mirio and Midoriya by her side, she has all the love, care, attention, and patience she needs.

Mirio and Midoriya want to see Eri smile, and they will do anything within their powers and even go beyond to make it happen. Midoriya faced defeat while fighting Overhaul, but the sight of Eri's sad face and tears gave him the strength to push through. Midoriya even made sure to put on an amazing performance for her during the UA School Festival, as Mirio held her up so she could have a good view of the stage.

6 Izuku Midoriya, Shoto Todoroki, And Katsuki Bakugo

Once Rivals, Now Allies

Midoriya and Bakugo did not always get along because of Bakugo’s explosive nature and competitive spirit, which is also why he did not initially get along with Todoroki. Todoroki is more laid-back and does not care for Bakugo and his antics, which angers Bakugo even more and makes him more determined to defeat Todoroki just to prove he is superior. However, as My Hero Academia progresses, viewers experience the massive growth of these characters, especially Bakugo, as they go from being rivals to supportive team members who have each other back in battle.

Midoriya is somewhat of a unifying bond because, unlike the rest, he has the most team spirit, but he seems to be rubbing off on them. These three have supported each other in battle because they both have unique strengths that complement each other and cancel out each other's weaknesses. In addition, it is important to note that Todoroki once invited Midoriya and Bakugo to his home for dinner and referred to them as his friends.

Kirishima and Kaminari have even managed to convince Bakugo to partake in some school activities.

Fans saw this trio in action during Tenya’s encounter with Stain. Tenya is responsible and always likes to do things according to the rules, so it was off-brand for him to pursue Stain alone to fight with him and avenge his brother. Luckily for him, Midoriya and Todoroki arrived just in time to give him extra support, immobilize Stain, and let the authorities do the rest.

This battle with Stain was quite intense, and it was almost too much for these boys to handle, but they rubbed their minds together and utilized their quirks properly to ensure they were not defeated.

What these three have is a shared dedication to becoming heroes, and this dedication makes it easier for them to trust and support each other during school activities, training sessions, and intense battles. Midoriya always tries to resolve whatever situation they are in; he always wants to be of help, and this helps Ochaho’s cheerful nature and gravity quirk as she can get every obstacle on their way to float. Asui, on the other hand, is a reliable and cool-headed person who is always ready to catch whatever debris Ochaho moves out of the way to fling at their opponents.

Toga, Spinner, and Mr. Compress are all members of the League of Villians, and they are drawn to Himiko Toga. Toga and Spinner joined the League of Villains because they were inspired by Stain. It was after they joined that they met Mr. Compress, who takes on the role of a father to Toga and is always advising her and explaining things to her.

Although Spinner and Mr. Compress are not exactly close friends, they are not enemies either, as they are on good terms. These three are always seen together, causing harm and terrorizing the heroes in the My Hero Academia world.
