UA High School is not the only establishment around with a respectable Hero Course, as Shiketsu, Ketsubutsu, Seiai, and several other Academies also prioritize superheroes education. The Shiketsu students make their first grand appearance during The Hero Provisional Licensing Exam in My Hero Academia, Season 3, episode 15, and have since faded into the background. However, this esteemed institution was recently name-dropped in Season 6 episode 24, suggesting they are bound to make a return sometime soon.

Thanks to UA's intricate Emergency Security System, all major Hero Academies are now connected through an underground network, bridging the gap between allies and hopefully making the League of Villains task much harder. To refresh viewers' memories, the four predominant figureheads of Shiketsu Academy will be assessed and ranked according to their potential contributions toward the anime's final showdown.

Details from the Final War arc will not be divulged, so anime fans can read on without fear of spoilers.

4 Camie Utsushimi

My Hero Academia The Shiketsu Students, Ranked Camie Utsushimi

The real Camie joins My Hero Academia fans later in the story, as her first appearance gets commandeered by an undercover Himiko during the first exam. Her likable aura finally gets a chance to shine during the re-test, where even the stern Bakugo and Shoto struggle to ignore her bubbly and flirtatious personality (well, to an extent). Camie's tantalizing plumes of smoke work similarly to Ms. Midnight's Somnambulist, but with a different spellbinding effect.

Those affected by Glamour's seductive scent will experience hyper-realistic visions (with the appropriate auditory backing), the contents of which are controlled by Camie herself. This could provide the perfect distraction during battle, affecting large groups of foes simultaneously and providing the opportunity to catch the villains off guard.

Narcissism is the perfect tool for mind games, so many miscreants are naturally the perfect prey for Camie's manipulations. A "tearful Todoroki apology" eloquently delivered to Dabi could lull him into a false sense of security, or Himiko could get baited by a "Deku and Ochaco" decoy. However, whether or not the all-powerful All For One would fall for this illusionist's trickery is up for debate.

3 Nagamasa Mora

My Hero Academia The Shiketsu Students, Ranked Nagamasa Mora

The Star Wars representative of My Hero Academia may look cute and cuddly, but this second-year Shiketsu student should not be underestimated. His Extend-o-Hair is not much different from Best Jeanist's Fiber Master, except Mora's formidable fibers emanate from his furry form. Besides the prevailing tangling issue, Mora's Quirk has minimal drawbacks, while his hair wields enough strength to clear masses of rubble with ease. Chewyee appears to be the de-facto leader of the pack, which is a testament to his power and prowess, especially considering that each of the Shiketsu kids is talented enough to hold their own on the battlefield (and therefore follow Mora by choice, not necessity).

While anime viewers haven't really seen Mora in action, he has already proven to be efficient at rescue missions and could likely help to incapacitate many formidable foes. Himiko Toga and Moonfish would have a particularly hard time slashing through all that hair to get to Mora's fleshy innards (which would therefore also render Himiko's Tranform Quirk moot).

Unfortunately, Mora's voluminous hair seems to pose a fire hazard, which Dabi is sure to take advantage of. This could end up harming anyone within Chewyee's vicinity, as the flames spread rapidly across his flammable mane.

2 Seiji Shishikura

My Hero Academia The Shiketsu Students, Ranked Seiji Shishikura

It's tough to say what would be more advantageous in the upcoming war: Seiji's cruel Quirk or ruthless nature. While he may look (and act) like a Villain at times, this self-assured student has the utmost respect for dignified Heroes and passionately ensures that they all adhere to an admirable moral code. Initially appalled by Katsuki Bakugo's conduct during the Exam, Seiji would surely be proud of the personal developments his rival has made, and turn his full force towards eradicating their unethical enemies (except, maybe for Stain, although he wouldn't admit that out loud).

It is plausible that Seiji could have the upper hand over any of the League of Villain members, so long as he gets the first attack in. His Meatball Quirk can gruesomely manipulate people's flesh, completely incapacitating them before they even realize it. Furthermore, Seiji can break off chunks of his own malleable tissue and send them on sinister errands, controlling them from a distance with the power of thought alone. Shigaraki's Decay could still prove to be problematic for this powerhouse, whereas All For One could use his Forced Quirk Activation against Seiji, and compel a self-inflicted Meatball effect.

1 Inasa Yoarashi

My Hero Academia The Shiketsu Students, Ranked Inasa Yoarashi

As it turns out, Inasa was the top-ranking student recommended to UA; however, his troubled history with Endeavor prompted Inasa to turn the opportunity down. This Gale Force Hero is loud, energetic, overly enthusiastic, and highly sociable, whose harshly delivered words are surprisingly speckled with compliments and courtesies. With his Whirlwind Quirk, Inasa quickly dominates the competition by taking out 120 competitors in one fell swoop, and is the first to pass round one of the Exam.

Not only can Inasa produce intense tornadoes within seconds, but he can also control the air's trajectory and can individually manipulate numerous airstreams simultaneously. Despite the tension between the two, Inasa and Shoto come up with an incredible combo move together to defeat the former #10 Pro-Hero, Gang Orca, and this secret skillset would assuredly come in handy against the undefeatable Dabi.

As most fans already know, Dabi has a severe issue when it comes to overheating and, therefore, is technically limited by his Quirk in terms of how much heat he can endure. A well-placed Shoto-Inasa combo of "Wind and Fire" will increase the temperature significantly (within the whirlwind), potentially debilitating Dabi completely, and finally extinguishing his flame.
