My Hero Academia chapter 404 is finally out and fans are incredibly excited to see the series return with a phenomenal chapter. Currently, the story is in its most intense phase, given that All Might, the strongest Hero of all time, is at death's door. As fans know, his clash with All For One left him weakened to a point where he could not fight against the threat anymore.

My Hero Academia: Will Bakugo Save All Might?

The only person who can save All Might right now is none other than Bakugo.

However, towards the end of the last chapter, a savior in Bakugo was seen waking up, finally. This meant that a rescue led by him could be on the way and that is precisely what My Hero Academia chapter 404 focused on. By all means, it was a fantastic chapter, full of emotional moments that reduced the fans to tears, which is a Horikoshi special.

All Might Near Death

All Might decided to return to the battlefield one last time and the Final War Saga of My Hero Academia. Being the Symbol of Peace, he couldn't just simply sit by as thousands of lives were in danger. All Might decided to seek help from Melissa, who had created an armor for him and using this armor, he returned to fight against All For One once again. After donning the armor and giving rise to Armored All Might, he clashed against the demon lord and actually did very well.

All Might landed quite a lot of heavy blows on him and forced the rewind powers to take effect again and again, reducing him to the body of a teen. It was quite clear to see that All Might was dominating the vast majority of the fight despite being weaker. However, when All For One got serious in the end, especially after the interception by Stain, things started to shift. All Might lost all the gas that he had and was severely injured by All For One. In fact, Stain also faced a crushing defeat and his Quirk was also stolen from him.

Meanwhile, All Might was left crushed and from there onwards, the victor was finally set in stone. To take things even further, All For One decided to kill All Might in front of Deku and this had the future Number One Hero worried. All Might could certainly have died right there, and it wouldn't be as if it came out of nowhere. Sir Nighteye, his former partner, had already foreseen a terrible fate for him which ended in his death. As such, fans believed that it was this fight where All Might would eventually die. Thankfully, Bakugo woke up at the right time and returned to the battlefield.

Bakugo's Return

Immediately after All Might was brought in front of Deku, Bakugo woke up. Fans remember that Bakugo was injured in the fight against Shigaraki, who ripped a hole in his chest and left him to die. It was thanks to the likes of Best Jeanist and Edgeshot that Bakugo was saved. His organs were starting to fail and had it not been for them, he would certainly have died right there and then. Bakugo was then out of the manga for over a year and fans were desperately waiting for his return, however, at the same time, they were losing hope, thinking that he would not return anytime soon and, most importantly, he would not play any significant role in the War Arc anymore.

All Might could be about to die in My Hero Academia.

That all proved to be wrong as Bakugo finally woke up in My Hero Academia chapter 403. Immediately after waking up, he shared a glance with Deku and quickly set out into action. In My Hero Academia chapter 404, it was quite clear that Bakugo wasted no time in attempting to save All Might. He left his position at blazing speeds, rushing towards All Might in an attempt to save him. Even though his speed would have not been enough, he made use of Deku along the way and gained even further momentum.

Deku And Bakugo Combine

As soon as Bakugo launched himself towards All Might in My Hero Academia chapter 404, it was made quite clear that he was not going to make it in time. The distance between him and All For One was far too great for him to just use Explosion and reach there before All Might died. However, when Deku was thrown into the equation, thanks changed quite a lot.

Deku recently got the power of Gear Shift and this incredible ability allows him to change the speeds at which things accelerate and he used this power on Bakugo. In fact, as has been mentioned in the story already, even things such as inertia can be nullified using this power.

Bakugo, who was already accelerating, kept going faster thanks to help from Deku, and his speed reached such a point that nobody could even see him moving towards All For One. Before All For One had even moved a finger, Bakugo managed to chop off both of his hands and deal tremendous damage to him. This also connects well to Bakugo's internal turmoil. He fully believed that he was the one responsible for ending All Might in Kamino and, to this day, he held himself responsible. However, now is his chance to shine and redeem himself. While All Might was facing death, it was his turn to save him and fix his mistakes from the past.

Bakugo Saves All Might

Within a matter of seconds, Bakugo had already rescued All Might. He chopped both of All For One's arms off and took All Might with him. This was an incredibly intense panel and one that Horikoshi illustrated with great beauty. It showed how Bakugo moves at tremendous pace, and, aided by Deku, managed to save All Might at such a speed that even All For One couldn't tell what was going on around him. Not just that but he also dealt a severe injury to him. This will force him to use the Rewind power once again and reduce his body due to forced healing. Bakugo then declared that he was going to win this battle and, it is incredibly likely that the next chapter of My Hero Academia will see him in action against All For One, likely combined with All Might.

This is a fight that fans would absolutely love to see. It remains to be seen whether it's going to be a two vs one battle or if Bakugo alone will fight against All For One. Regardless, an incredible fight is upon the fans and they absolutely cannot wait to witness what Bakugo manages to do against him. It is time for him to show the world that he's worthy of becoming the Number One Hero just as much as Deku, and end the era of Villains for good. For now, fans can rejoice that Bakugo made a heroic return to the story, however, now, the real battle begins for him, which will definitely be the greatest that he has ever fought.
